Excess weight, insomnia, frequent constipation or diarrhea, skin problems, rapid fatigue - these are signs that it is time to start cleansing the body. We periodically have to turn to herbs to help ourselves overcome a cold, cure a sore throat, soothe stomach cramps, get rid of diarrhea, etc. In the same way, collections are selected to cleanse the body.

Indications for their use are:

  • cleansing from toxins and waste (liver, kidneys, blood vessels, intestines);
  • cleansing from parasites (herbs are used that have a bitter, sour, spicy taste, which helminths do not like).

Such compositions may include up to 20 types of biologically active plants, each of which has its own role.

Release form

To select all the herbs yourself, you need to understand their action well, know when and how to collect, dry and store them correctly. You can buy each one separately at the pharmacy and put it together yourself, but it is quite troublesome. It is best to buy ready-made herbal collections for cleansing the body.

They are sold in the form of dry mixtures, packaged in paper bags or boxes, as well as in the form of tablets and capsules. In pharmacies, they can be bought under the following names:
