Indications Gangleron
Gangleron is used for such diseases as:
- acute and chronic cholecystitis,
- cholangitis,
- hepatitis,
- peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum,
- dyskinesia of the digestive system with spasms, a violation of the motility of the gastrointestinal tract,
- defeat of the nodes of the sympathetic trunk of different localization (ganglionvrit, ganglionitis),
- angina (to prevent seizures).
Pharmacodynamics
The active substance of the ganglionic Gangleron -3-diethylamino-1,2-dimethylpropyl ester, parabutoxybenzoic acid in the form of hydrochloride, prevents the effect of acetylcholine on the nicotinic receptors (n-cholinergic receptors) of autonomic nerve nodes (ganglia) located on their membranes and disrupts the process of polarization and excitation postganglionic neurons.
As a result, the passage of nerve impulses from peripheral organs through the ganglia to the central nervous system occurs, which in turn inhibits their functions (including motor and secretory ones). At the same time, reflex spasms of the smooth muscle tissues of the organs and walls of the vessels are removed.
In addition, Gangleron promotes vasodilation and a reduction in peripheral resistance to blood flow, which reduces systolic blood pressure.

Ganglionone in capsules is taken orally - one capsule three times a day (before meals): the maximum daily dose is 0.3 g.
