Flat epithelium in a smear is an important diagnostic criterion that allows identifying more or less dangerous diseases of the genitourinary sphere. But this criterion alone does not allow making a final diagnosis, so doctors have to conduct additional instrumental and laboratory studies. And based on the already complete picture with the determination of the cause and pathogen of the disease, effective treatment can be prescribed.

After taking a smear for cytology, if oncological diseases are suspected, in addition to a general and biochemical blood test, an analysis for tumor markers is done, a biopsy and histological examinations are performed. If the diagnosis is confirmed, surgical treatment of the neoplasm is carried out with subsequent courses of radiation and chemotherapy.

In case of cervical dysplasia in the absence of malignant cells, surgical, laser or other types of removal of overgrown uterine tissue are performed, which should prevent the development of cancer.

But these are not such frequent pathologies to pay much attention to them, speaking about the increase in the number of epithelial cells in the smear. Most often, we are talking about inflammatory processes in the vagina or urethra, the treatment of which we will consider in our article.

Treatment of vaginitis, cervicitis, urethritis and other inflammatory pathologies of the genitourinary system, accompanied by an increase or decrease in the amount of squamous epithelium in a smear, should be carried out depending on the identified pathogen. Unfortunately, doctors do not always prescribe such studies, limiting themselves to determining the type of pathogenic microflora: bacteria, fungi, viruses, other parasites.

The most difficult to treat are viral pathologies when the cause of the disease is the genital herpes virus or human papillomavirus. Genital herpes is determined by the presence of specific rashes on the genitals in the form of itchy transparent blisters, and the papilloma virus often manifests itself in the form of specific growths in the genital area - condylomas.

Treatment of herpetic vaginitis and cervicitis is carried out using antiviral drugs active against herpes (for example, "Acyclovir" in the form of tablets and ointments), immunoglobulins, vitamins, immunostimulants. To combat the disease caused by the papilloma virus, effective interferons and cytostatics are selected, growths on the genitals are removed.

If we are talking about a fungal infection, effective medications in this case will be antifungal agents ( Clotrimazole, Fluconazole, Miconazole, etc.) in the form of tablets for oral administration, as well as suppositories and ointments for local use.

Antibiotics (usually broad-spectrum drugs) are the drugs of choice in case of bacterial microflora. It is best to conduct therapy after identifying the pathogen, which will allow prescribing an effective antibiotic. For example, penicillins and cephalosporins are often sufficient to treat opportunistic streptococcal and staphylococcal infections, while treatment of chlamydial infections requires the use of tetracyclines, macrolides, fluoroquinolones, azolides, etc. Trichomonas infection requires the use of antiprotozoal agents, imidazole derivatives (Metronidazole, Tinidazole, Fazizhin) plus immunostimulating therapy.

Inflammation of the female and male genitourinary organs is not always caused by pathogenic microorganisms, and treatment could be limited to isolating the irritating factor (changing washing powder and detergents, underwear made of synthetic fabrics, etc.). But since there is a high risk of infection with inflammation, the use of antibiotics for preventive purposes is considered justified in this case.

As a local treatment for infectious and non-infectious vaginitis and cervicitis, douching with antiseptics with antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity (for example, Miramistin, Chlorhexidine, Furacilin, Chlorophyllipt, etc.) and the use of tampons soaked in antiseptic solutions are prescribed. They are very effective when it comes to mixed infections, as is often the case. The same drugs are used to prevent secondary infections.

Terzhinan suppositories have proven themselves well in this regard; they are often used to treat vaginitis caused by a mixed infection, including trichomonas. In addition to antimicrobial agents, they contain an anti-inflammatory component that helps to quickly eliminate the symptoms of inflammation.

If the smear reveals an insufficient number of epithelial cells, it may be a case of atrophic vaginitis, the treatment of which involves the use of vaginal tablets and creams with estrogens to restore hormonal balance and vaginal microflora.

Vaginal tablets and suppositories such as Bifidumbacterin, Ecofemin, Vagilak, Ginoflor, Vaginorm-S and others are well suited for restoring vaginal microflora after treatment with antibiotics and antifungal agents. When taking antibiotics orally, it may also be necessary to restore intestinal microflora.

Treatment of urethritis is also based on antibacterial therapy (oral administration plus local treatment). Additionally, glucocorticosteroids may be prescribed to help relieve severe inflammation in the acute stage of the disease. When the symptoms subside somewhat, instillations of medications are performed directly into the urethral canal. Instillations are also used to treat chronic urethritis.

Improving immunity is considered relevant regardless of what caused the disease, because against the background of good functioning of the immune system, pathogenic microorganisms have no chance of survival and reproduction.

Effective medicines

The main direction of treatment of inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary tract, accompanied by the appearance of a pathological number of squamous epithelial cells in a smear, is considered to be antifungal or antibiotic therapy. But it is necessary to understand that there can be a great many pathogens of the disease, and in each specific case, the doctor will be guided by the results of tests and his own experience when prescribing a drug. In this case, there is no need to talk about any specific drugs. A general treatment plan for such diseases simply does not exist.

But there are drugs that gynecologists or urologists can prescribe for inflammatory diseases regardless of the results of the pathogen. We are talking about effective antiseptics that have a combined effect.

"Terzhinan" is a preparation in the form of vaginal tablets, which will be effective for local treatment of various forms of vaginitis and cervicitis. Its combined composition (ternidazole and neomycin - antibacterial components covering a wide range of bacteria, nystatin - an antifungal agent that helps fight candidiasis, prednisolone - an anti-inflammatory component, a popular corticosteroid) helps to quickly cope with any type of infection and relieve inflammation before it causes pathological changes in the tissues of the vagina and uterus.

The tablets are intended for insertion into the vagina, which is best done in a lying position. You may need to insert 1-2 vaginal tablets per day (one per procedure). The course of treatment may last from 10 to 20 days.

Before inserting the tablet, it is necessary to dip it in warm water for a couple of seconds, which will facilitate the movement of the drug inside. After the tablet is inserted, you need to lie down for a quarter of an hour, waiting for it to dissolve and not slip out.

The only contraindication to the use of the drug is hypersensitivity to its components. Caution should be exercised by patients taking acetylsalicylic acid preparations (a doctor's consultation is required). For obvious reasons, the drug is used in pediatrics.

The use of vaginal tablets may be accompanied by both local and general reactions. At the site of administration of the drug, tissue swelling, itching, burning, tingling, soreness, and the appearance of erosions may be observed. Allergic general reactions manifest themselves in the form of skin rashes and itching.

" Betadine " is an iodine-based antiseptic (povidone-iodine) that is available as a solution and vaginal suppositories. This medicine has a good bactericidal effect, and it is active not only against bacteria, but also fights fungi and viruses, exhibits antiprotozoal activity, i.e. it helps treat infections caused by protozoan microorganisms.

The drug can be used both for the treatment of vaginitis and cervicitis of various origins, and for the prevention of superinfections caused by local use of antibacterial and antifungal agents.

Women find it most convenient to use the drug in the form of suppositories. They are first freed from the shell, moistened with water and inserted deep into the vagina. In the acute phase of the disease, 1-2 suppository insertion procedures should be performed per day (one per procedure). Treatment is carried out for a week.

For chronic vaginitis, 1 suppository per day is administered for a course of 2-3 weeks. Treatment with the drug is carried out regardless of the phase of the menstrual cycle. It is advisable to use underwear protection, since some of the medicine may leak out of the vagina.

The drug in the form of a diluted solution, as prescribed by a doctor, can also be used to treat the tissues of the urethra in men if urethritis is suspected.

Despite the effectiveness of the drug based on organic iodine, it cannot be used by everyone. Contraindications include hyperthyroidism and thyroid adenoma, severe heart disease, liver and kidney failure, Duhring's dermatitis herpetiformis. Do not use the drug in case of hypersensitivity to its components, during pregnancy and lactation, before or shortly after a course of treatment with radioactive iodine.

Possible side effects of Betadine therapy:

  • local reactions in the form of itching, redness of the mucous membranes, dermatitis, the appearance of iodine acne,
  • General reactions (in case of long-term use) include the development of hyperthyroidism, impaired renal function, changes in blood composition, development of acidosis, anaphylactic reactions, which require immediate discontinuation of the drug.

"Miramistin" is one of the most effective and safe antiseptics that relieves inflammation and helps fight bacteria, fungi, protozoa, causing inflammatory processes in the genitourinary system and an increase in squamous epithelium in a smear. This drug is used in the treatment of women and men with bacterial or fungal urethritis, as an adjuvant treatment it is used for vaginitis, cervicitis, erosions, etc.

Women can use it for douching, which is possible with a special nozzle on the bottle with antiseptic. The solution can also be used to treat the external genitals, which will prevent infection from entering the vagina (prevention of secondary infection in non-infectious vaginitis) or used to soak cotton swabs, which are inserted into the vagina for a couple of hours.

In case of urethritis, the medicine is introduced directly into the urethra using a urethral nozzle. This treatment is indicated for both women and men.

The duration of treatment and the number of procedures with an antiseptic are determined by the doctor in each specific case.

The drug has virtually no contraindications except for rare cases of drug intolerance, does not cause overdose and side effects (except for a short-term burning sensation at the site of application). If itching, burning that does not go away within 20-30 seconds, redness of the mucous membrane and a feeling of dryness and tightness appear, this indicates increased sensitivity to the drug, which means that the drug will have to be replaced with another.

When treating urogenital diseases caused by bacteria, fungi, protozoa and especially viruses, doctors often prescribe human interferon preparations. Without increasing general and local immunity, the disease easily becomes latent, and it may seem outwardly that it has been defeated. In fact, the process becomes chronic, and the inflammation will subsequently remind of itself more than once with periods of remission and new diseases of the genitourinary system, which should be understood as complications of vaginitis, cervicitis, urethritis and other urogynecological diseases.

One of these drugs that increases the body's defenses is Viferon, which can be found in pharmacies in the form of rectal suppositories and ointments.

Suppositories are used twice a day, 1 suppository, inserting it deep into the rectum. The interval between procedures should be 12 hours. The course of treatment begins immediately upon the appearance of the first signs of the disease and is carried out for 5-10 days.

The ointment can be used by applying it to the mucous membrane of the external genitalia in places affected by herpes infection, to places where condylomas are localized, inflammation caused by bacterial or fungal infection.

The only contraindication to the use of various forms of the drug is hypersensitivity to their components. The ointment has no side effects. And the use of suppositories in isolated cases may be accompanied by local allergic reactions, which disappear within 2-3 days after discontinuing the drug.

It is sometimes very difficult to defeat a fungal or bacterial infection without potent drugs. Antiseptics cannot always give the desired effect, and therefore it is necessary to resort to antibiotics and antifungal agents, the danger of which lies not only in the toxic effect on the body, but also in the non-selectivity of the antimicrobial action. Potent drugs for local and systemic use cannot distinguish enemies from friends, which means they destroy not only pathogenic, but also beneficial microflora.

The use of such drugs locally in the nadir of the female body disrupts the microflora in the vagina so much that the treatment of some infections can end with the proliferation of others. So often, against the background of the treatment of bacterial infections, vaginal candidiasis develops, the therapy of which takes even more time and effort. To prevent such a development of events, drugs are designed to restore the microflora and acidity of the vagina, which will not allow pathogenic microorganisms to develop. These are drugs to increase local immunity, one of which is "Vagilak".

"Vagilak" is a preparation in the form of capsules containing bacteria useful for the vaginal microflora, which help to normalize the acidity of its internal environment, which is important in order to restrain the growth and reproduction of microorganisms entering inside. The preparation is used to treat diseases caused by bacteria, fungi and protozoa, as a result of which the vaginal microflora is disrupted. It is also used to prevent such disorders.

The medicine in capsule form should be inserted directly into the vagina, pushing it deep inside. Usually, 1 capsule per day is prescribed. It is recommended to insert them at night before going to bed.

Before using the medicine, hygienic procedures are mandatory so that pathogenic microorganisms do not penetrate into the woman’s bowels along with beneficial bacteria.

Prescribed drugs of this type on the 4-5th day of treatment with antibiotics and antifungal agents. The course of treatment in most cases is 1.5 weeks.

To prevent microflora disorders, capsules are used according to the same scheme for 5-10 days. Preventive treatment is recommended to be carried out in the second half of the menstrual cycle. It is also effective for atrophic vaginitis, when treatment is carried out with hormonal agents.

According to the instructions for the drug, Vagilak capsules are not used in cases of increased sensitivity of the body to their composition, as well as in acute inflammatory processes in the vagina, occurring with purulent discharge and the formation of wounds on the mucous membrane of the organ. The drug can be used to treat pregnant women. It combines well with various antibacterial agents without reducing their effects.

Side effects of the drug, such as redness and swelling of the vaginal mucosa, burning after the introduction of capsules, are associated with hypersensitivity to the drug. They occur rarely and require a revision of the prescription in favor of another drug.

As we can see, the treatment of urogenital diseases, in which the flat epithelium in the smear is increased, requires a comprehensive approach using drugs of various directions. Only such an approach to treatment, which provides not only for the fight against an existing or possible infection, but also for increasing local and general immunity, can give a lasting result. In the case of a chronic course of the disease, increasing immunity is especially important, since it guarantees a smaller number of relapses and dangerous complications.

Folk remedies

Urogynecological diseases, which are associated with changes in the amount of squamous epithelium in a smear, are diagnosed so often that traditional medicine simply cannot stand aside from this problem. Especially if we take into account the fact that it has already accumulated quite a few methods for combating inflammatory processes of various localizations.

Since an increase or decrease in the number of epithelial cells in a smear is associated mainly with inflammatory processes in the vagina, uterus or urethra, we will consider various recipes for treating diseases of this localization.

Let's start with inflammation of the vaginal walls. For vaginitis, traditional medicine offers the following treatment:

  • Douching with the following compositions:
    • 1 glass of water, 5 drops of tea tree essential oil,
    • natural bio-yogurt without sugar 20 ml,
    • ½ liter of water, 1 tbsp. dry St. John's wort (boil for 20 minutes, cool to warm, strain),
    • plantain leaves and chamomile flowers should be taken in equal quantities, for 1 glass of boiling water take 1 tbsp of herbal mixture (keep in a warm place for one hour, strain, use, heat until warm),
    • Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 3 tablespoons of calendula flowers and leave in a warm place for two to three hours. Before use, dilute the infusion with warm boiled water 1:1.
    • 20 g of oak bark, 10 g each of yarrow, rosemary and sage. Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water over the herbal mixture and keep on low heat for 4-5 minutes, covering the container with a lid. Cool the finished decoction and strain.
    • Brew 25 g of crushed walnut leaves in 0.5 l of boiling water and boil for another quarter of an hour.
  • Sitz baths:
    • Boil 100 g of pine needles with shoots for about half an hour in 10 liters of water, leave for 1 hour, then strain and use for baths in a warm form.
    • Add 10 drops of tea tree oil to the bath (do not use detergents).
    • Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 6 tablespoons of calendula flowers and keep in a water bath for 15 minutes, then leave the medicine to infuse for another hour with the lid closed.
  • Tampons:
    • A mixture of thyme, chamomile flowers and oak bark. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture with a liter of boiling water and leave for a quarter of an hour. Soak a cotton swab in the warm mixture and insert it into the vagina.

To soak tampons, you can use all the recipes that were suggested for douching. The main thing is that the plants in the natural "medicine" do not cause allergic reactions, and the herbal treatment does not turn into a new problem.

The composition remaining after douching can be used for washing and applications in the area of the external genitals. Pour out the water after sitz baths; it cannot be reused.

Now let's see what traditional medicine recommends for inflammation of the mucous membrane of the cervical canal (cervix). In this case, treatment with baths will be irrelevant. It is more appropriate to resort to douching and deep insertion of tampons soaked in healing compounds with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties into the vagina:

  • Douching:
    • Pour 15 g of oak bark into ½ l of boiling water and keep on low heat for another quarter of an hour. Cool to body temperature and use for douching.
    • Pour 10 g of sage herb with 1 glass of boiling water and boil for a quarter of an hour. Infuse the mixture for about 7 hours, filter and dilute with warm boiled water in a 1:1 ratio.
    • Pour ½ l of boiling water over 30 g of dried chamomile flowers and leave for about 20 minutes. Soak a tampon in the warm infusion and insert into the vagina.
    • Pour a glass of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of calendula flowers and leave on low heat for 15 minutes, then leave to infuse for another hour.
  • Tampons: to soak them, you can use compositions prepared according to recipes for douching.

So far we have only talked about local remedies for the treatment of female reproductive organs. But as was noted earlier, even the most effective treatment will not give a lasting result if a person's immunity is too weakened. This means that along with the destruction of pathogens and the fight against the symptoms of inflammation, it is necessary to carry out therapy aimed at increasing immunity. And in this regard, traditional medicine is at its best, because many gifts of nature help us maintain our immunity at the proper level.

These plants include fruits with a high vitamin content. These are citrus fruits, dried apricots, persimmons, currants, rose hips, viburnum, sea buckthorn, blackberries, etc. All these fruits and berries must be included in the patient's diet to help increase the body's defenses.

Among the herbs, echinacea, ginseng, eleutherococcus, rosea rhodiola, chicory and some plants that can be brewed as a healing tea or used as pharmaceutical tinctures have the property of supporting and enhancing immunity.

A good effect can be observed from taking decoctions and infusions from medicinal herbal collections, which have an immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing effect. Here is one of such collections: take 1 part of eucalyptus leaves, yarrow herb and alder cones, as well as 2 parts of tansy flowers, juniper fruits, birch buds and sage herb. Pour 0.4 liters of boiling water over 2 large spoons of the herbal collection and keep in a water bath for about 10 minutes. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes, then strain and take 50 ml three times a day.

And finally, let's move on to a disease that can bother not only women, but also men, in whose smears flat epithelium is found in large quantities. We are talking about inflammation of the walls of the urethra, and although the female body is somewhat different from the male, this organ of the genitourinary system is present in both sexes.

So, for the treatment of urethritis, traditional medicine has provided the following recipes for oral administration (they are identical to the treatment offered for cystitis, kidney and bladder stones, pyelonephritis):

  • The most delicious berry, black currant, can be used as a vitamin, anti-inflammatory and diuretic. The fruits can be eaten fresh or canned. They and the leaves of the plant can be used to prepare healing decoctions and infusions (2 tablespoons per 1 glass of boiling water).
  • Fresh cranberry juice has identical properties.
  • According to doctors’ recommendations, the patient’s menu should include the following gifts of nature: parsley leaves and roots, celery, carrots, beets, and berries.
  • Grind fresh parsley leaves in the evening, take 1 teaspoon of raw material, pour ½ liter of boiling water and leave to infuse until the morning. Take the medicine 3 tablespoons at intervals of a couple of hours.
  • Parsley in milk. Chop a bunch of parsley (90-100 g), place in a saucepan and pour in milk so that it barely covers the grass. Place the saucepan in the oven or stove, where it should simmer without boiling until the liquid evaporates. Rub the parsley boiled in milk through a sieve and take 1-2 spoons during the day.
  • Pour 1 teaspoon of yellow deadnettle (zelenchuk) grass into a glass of boiling water and leave for half a day. Take the infusion before meals 2-3 times a day, one glass at a time.
  • Take the herbs of dead nettle and bedstraw in equal proportions. Pour ½ l of boiling water over 2 tbsp of the herbal mixture and leave to infuse for half an hour. Take the mixture 50 ml 3 times a day.
  • Steam 1 teaspoon of cornflower leaves in 1 cup of boiling water and leave in a warm place for 1 hour, then strain and take 2 tablespoons three times a day before meals.

Local treatment for urethritis can be carried out using sitz baths and washing the genitals with compositions that were proposed for the treatment of vaginitis and cervicitis. After all, diseases of the genitourinary system, regardless of the localization of inflammation, are caused by the same pathogens, so the recipes for these diseases can be called interchangeable.

Traditional medicine recipes for inflammatory pathologies can in no way be called ineffective. But it is important to understand that bacterial, fungal and parasitic infections cannot always be cured with traditional medicine alone. Symptoms of the disease may disappear for a while, but this does not mean that the infection will be destroyed. It will simply lie low for a while, only to remind of itself again later, only now we will be talking about a chronic course of the disease. Therefore, in order to avoid hiding symptoms instead of treating the infection, traditional methods of treating urogenital infections should be combined with drug treatment of diseases.

Now let's talk about such a dangerous pathology as cervical cancer, because flat epithelium in the smear will be detected in this case, indicating the onset of the disease. Today, much is said about folk methods of treating cancer of various localizations, but using only these methods, you need to be aware that precious time often passes without the expected results, the disease progresses to more severe stages and at some point its treatment will no longer be possible.

Here are some recipes offered by traditional medicine for cervical cancer:

  • Pour a glass of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of bedstraw herb and leave for an hour. The medicine should be taken orally, ¼ glass three times a day. This composition is also used for douching.
  • You need to chew a piece (about 5 g) of propolis 3-4 times a day.
  • Finely chop the hemlock herb and fill 1/3 of a 1 liter jar with it. Fill the jar to the top with good vodka and keep it in the refrigerator or basement for 2 weeks. Use the tincture once a day, diluting it in a glass of water. The first dose of the medicine is 1 drop, the second - 2 drops, etc., increasing the dose daily by only 1 drop until it equals 40. After this, count down, finishing the course of treatment when the single dose is equal, as on the first day, to 1 drop.
  • Peel, wash and dry the celandine root, grind it in a meat grinder or blender, squeeze the juice out of it and pour it into a jar. Add the same amount of vodka and leave for 21 days, placing it in a dark place and shaking the composition periodically. Take the medicine with great caution, since it is highly toxic. Start taking it with 1 drop and in 25 days bring the dosage to 25 drops, diluting the medicine in ½ cup of water. You need to be prepared for the treatment to last a long time (about 6 months).
  • You need to drink large quantities of beetroot juice (about 600 ml per day) and cabbage juice.

Now, regarding cancer in men. As we already know, flat epithelium in a smear can appear in pathological processes in the prostate or testicles, including malignant ones. In this case, you can also consider recipes based on hemlock and celandine, drink a lot of pomegranate juice (at least 1 glass per day), eat more tomatoes, use dry milk thistle extract, use bee products (natural honey, royal jelly, plant pollen).

It is very difficult to say whether all these and other recipes will help cure cancer. But they can slow down tumor growth, help reduce the negative effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and adjust the immune system. Folk recipes help fight cancer and buy time, but it is better to use them in combination with traditional treatment methods.

Homeopathy

We have considered the possibilities of traditional and folk treatment in relation to infectious and inflammatory diseases and malignant neoplasms in the genitourinary system of men and women, when flat epithelium appears in the smear. And what does homeopathic treatment offer in this regard?

Vaginitis:

  • If there is a feeling of heat and burning in the perineum and in the presence of such a symptom as frequent urge to urinate, homeopathic doctors prescribe the drug Pulsatilla.
  • For patients with an easily excitable nervous system, complaining of back and lower back pain, as well as the appearance of leucorrhoea with an unpleasant odor, homeopathy offers the use of the remedy Gelonias.
  • For any discharge with an unusual odor, indicating an infectious lesion of the vagina, the drug Cresotum will be useful.
  • If the patient feels some kind of pressure in the pelvic area, her health worsens from being outside and moving, the medicine Lilium tigrinum may be prescribed.

Cervicitis:

  • For inflammation of the walls of the cervical canal of the uterus, homeopaths suggest taking together the preparations Sepia in 6 dilution (5 granules twice a day) and Hepar Sulfur in 12 dilution (3 granules before bedtime).
  • For cervicitis in combination with cervical erosion and polyposis, inflammation of the myometrium of the uterus or ovaries, the drug Thuja is also prescribed.

Urethritis:

  • If you feel a swelling or splinter in the urethra, burning and itching, difficulty urinating (frequent urges, but the feeling that the urine does not come out completely), taking the drug Argentum nitricum is indicated.
  • For pain and burning during urination and outside of toilet visits, frequent groundless urges, increased sexual arousal, sensitivity of the urethra and purulent discharge, the drug Cannabis sativa is prescribed.
  • If the pain is burning and traces of blood appear in the urine, the drug Cantharis may be prescribed.
  • For difficulties with urination and for the treatment of chronic urethritis accompanied by mucopurulent discharge, the drug Copaiva is suitable.
  • If, against the background of chronic urethritis, there is also an enlarged prostate, the drug Medorrhinum is prescribed.
  • If the urine is scanty and there is also the release of viscous mucus, you can try treatment with the drug Hamafil.
  • If emptying the bladder is done only with effort, the patient feels itching in the urethra and purulent mucus is released from there, sometimes with an admixture of blood, the drug Pareira Brava is prescribed. This drug can also be used to treat urinary retention after childbirth.
  • For severe cramping pain in the urethra, forcing the patient to bend over, Colocynth helps.

Not many people know, but homeopathy can prevent such a dangerous disease as cancer and even help in the treatment of an existing pathology. Some homeopathic remedies, despite the low concentration of active substances, according to alternative medicine specialists, help fight the deadly disease.

Alumen (alum) is prescribed in cases of predisposition to the formation of seals and tumors at the site of inflammation.

Argentum metallicum is a drug that has a positive effect on the genitals of men and women who are predisposed to the appearance of neoplasms. It is able to stop the growth of cervical epithelioma.

Arsenicum album is also suitable for the treatment of cervical cancer or breast cancer. The drug alleviates the symptoms of the disease in the last stages. But Arsenicum iodatum is able to stop the division of cancer cells in oncology of the female genital organs, increasing the life expectancy of patients.

Aurum sulphuricum is effective both for inflammatory lesions of the uterus in women and the penis in men, and for cancerous tumors in the reproductive system.

Homeopathy is an alternative science, which puts the patient with his/her body characteristics and lifestyle in the foreground, rather than the disease and its symptoms. Alternative medicine doctors believe that any treatment can only give results if the patient believes in his/her recovery, changes his/her attitude towards himself/herself and his/her illness, and has a desire to fight. And the prescribed drugs are not intended to cure the patient, and thus rid him/her of a painful illness, but to help the human body overcome it on its own.
