Indications Exipiale

Lipolotion is indicated for the protection and treatment of sensitive or irritated skin (suitable for very dry or dry skin types), and in addition, as an additional local remedy for the elimination of skin diseases and for skin care during remissions. In addition, it is used to treat atopic eczema, as well as itching and psoriasis.

Hydrolotion is used as a protective and therapeutic agent for moderately dry or normal skin types. It is also an auxiliary medicine for local elimination of skin pathologies and is used when remission occurs.

Release form

It is produced as an emulsion in 200 or 500 ml bottles. One package contains 1 bottle of emulsion.

Excipial M hydrolotion. The active component of the hydrolotion is urea - 1 ml of the drug contains 20 mg of the active substance. Excipients - Trilon B, food additive E-330, and also Cosmocil CQ (aqueous solution of the substance polyhexanide (20%)), macrogol stearate (PEG-6), light mineral oil, Dimethiconum-350, special flavoring agent Mirage Y, and purified water.

Excipial m lipolotion. 1 ml of lipolotion emulsion contains 40 mg of the active ingredient - urea. Additional elements are: E325 solution, triclosan, food additive E270, chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, emulsifier w/o type 1 (sorbitan isostearate, hydrogenated castor oil (regular and PEG-2), ozokerite), macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate (castor oil, hydrogenated with polyethylene glycol-7), Elfacos E200 (dodecyl glycol copolymer/methoxypolyethylene glycol-22), light mineral oil, medium chain triglycerides, Dimethiconum-350, myristyl lactate, and in addition to this, a fragrance such as Gerbera C 4518 with purified water.

Pharmacodynamics

Urea is a natural element with a moisturizing effect. It affects the keratinized epidermal layer. In addition, it affects the process of protein and water synthesis inside the cells. It softens keratin without dissolving it. The concentration level of the substance in the medicine is optimal, so urea does not irritate the skin, but at the same time enhances the protective function of the epidermal layer. Thanks to the auxiliary elements, an emulsion is formed in the form of "watery oil", which contains 11% (hydrolotion) or 36% (lipolotion) lipids.
