Pharmacodynamics

Dosing and administration

Ectericide is applied locally, and the solution does not need to be diluted. It can be used both in monotherapy and in combination with other drugs.

Infected wound areas are treated by rinsing with a solution. Then, gauze napkins, previously soaked in the medicine, are applied to the treated area. Rinsing should be done twice a day until the pus disappears. After this, the procedure is performed once at intervals of 3-4 days until the wound is completely healed.

When treating burns accompanied by infection, the solution (open method) should be used in combination with novocaine: add 10 ml of novocaine solution (0.5%) to 50 ml of Ectericide. It is necessary to treat the wound surface at intervals of 6-8 hours. If the closed method is used, dressings soaked in the solution should be applied to the burn 2 times a day. It is necessary to irrigate the lower part of the dressing with the medicine without removing it. The above procedure should be performed until the pus has completely disappeared.

When treating osteomyelitis after a sequestrectomy procedure, it is necessary to tamponade the damaged area using gauze napkins that have been previously soaked in a medicinal solution. The wound should be bandaged every 3-4 days.

During the removal of boils with carbuncles after the procedure of their opening, as well as the removal of pus masses, it is necessary to apply gauze soaked in medicine to the damaged area of the skin. Perform the procedure every day during the first 2-3 days, and then - once at intervals of 2-3 days.
