Enerion exhibits affinity for nervous tissues, resulting in accumulation of the substance inside reticular cells, Purkinje fibers, hippocampus, dentate gyrus, and inside the glomeruli of the cerebellar granular layer.
During the experiments, the drug's ability to improve cognitive activity (memory and attention) and mood was revealed, as well as helping to improve the tolerance of hypoxia by the cerebral cortex.

Pharmacodynamics
The chemical structure of salbutiamine is very similar to thiamine; it differs in the presence of an additional disulfide compound, an open-type thiazole ring, and a lipophilic ester. Such changes in the chemical composition have resulted in the emergence of additional characteristics: salbutiamine is fat-soluble, which allows it to penetrate the BBB.
Pharmacokinetics
The medication is fully and quickly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract; it reaches Cmax values 1-2 hours after oral administration.
Excretion of Enerion occurs mainly with urine; the half-life is 4.5-5 hours.
Dosing and administration
The medicine should be taken 2-3 tablets per day, dividing the daily portion into 2 uses. The tablets should be swallowed whole, washed down with plain water, with breakfast and lunch, but not with dinner.
The therapeutic cycle is determined by the patient's condition and is selected individually; it should last at least 20 days.
Use Aeneriona during pregnancy
The drug cannot be used during pregnancy, because there is no confirmed information regarding its safety.
Contraindications
Main contraindications:
- severe hypersensitivity to any component of the drug;
- galactosemia, which is congenital, and glucose-galactose malabsorption (because the medicine contains glucose);
- use during lactation.

Side effects Aeneriona
Signs of agitation, headaches, tremors, dyspeptic symptoms and weakness may appear.
Signs of allergy are mainly associated with the presence of yellow dye in Eneron.
Overdose
Symptoms of intoxication include tremors affecting the hands, as well as euphoria and agitation. These disorders disappear on their own, without requiring special therapy.
Shelf life
Enerion can be used within 36 months from the date of manufacture of the medicinal product.

Application for children
Contraindicated for use in pediatrics.
