Cooking recipe:
You need to take 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture and pour them into a container, then pour in pre-boiled water (200 ml), cover it with a lid and leave for 15 minutes - infuse in a water bath. Then cool the tincture for 45 minutes, filter and squeeze out the remainder. The resulting tincture needs to be brought to a level of 200 ml - for this, add boiled water to it.
The tincture is used locally - for lotions or rinses, as well as irrigation, microclysters or inhalations (the tincture is diluted with boiled water 3-4 times).
Undiluted tincture is taken orally three times a day, 0.5 hours before meals (warm). Dosage sizes:

The medicine in filter bags is placed inside the container (2 bags), then poured with boiling water (volume 200 ml), covered with a lid, and then left to infuse - for 15 minutes. The tincture (warm) is taken three times a day, 0.5 hours before eating. Dose sizes:

Reviews
Reviews of the medicine show that patients are satisfied with its effect. Among the advantages, they note the naturalness of the drug, as well as the fact that it can be used to make both a tincture for oral administration and a means for inhalation, irrigation, rinsing and lotions - the variability of the medicine is considered its important feature.
It was noted that the drug helps to soften the throat and relieve cough in chronic bronchitis, and also improve the condition from the first day of use.
Elekasol is often used to treat children - for oral administration or nasal rinsing, as well as for inhalation.
All these reviews allow us to call the drug a very effective auxiliary remedy in the treatment of infectious pathologies. But it is important to remember that the main therapeutic course is prescribed by the attending physician, which usually includes the use of various drugs (including anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, etc.), so you cannot expect that Elekasol will help eliminate any infectious disease. As a result of such treatment, complications will most likely arise, and the desired effect will not appear.
Shelf life
Elekasol is allowed to be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture of the medicinal product. The finished tincture is allowed to be stored for no more than 2 days.
