Sweating is a physiological process necessary for the body's thermoregulation. Not only sick people sweat, but also healthy people. This is caused by physical exertion, high air or body temperature. However, there are a number of reasons causing excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis): stress, extra pounds, vegetative-vascular dystonia, changes in hormonal levels, increased thyroid function, infectious diseases, etc. In any case, excessive moisture in certain areas or the entire body, and often the accompanying unpleasant odor, cause a lot of unpleasant moments for a person, sometimes leading to neuroses and depression. Naturally, to get rid of a symptom, it is necessary to eliminate its cause. But if sweating is a person's peculiarity, not associated with diseases, you need to resort to existing remedies for sweating.

    • classic (liquid similar to water, with a slight smell of alcohol), for ease of application the neck of the plastic bottle is equipped with a sponge, shelf life is 5-7 days;
    • sensitive (for sensitive skin) - roll-on antiperspirant, gentler to use, alcohol-free, effective for 2 days;
    • light is a universal product that combines the qualities of a classic and sensitive product, providing three-day protection against sweat;

    • normal dry — antiperspirant suspension for internal use and sprays for external use; it contains natural ingredients: verbena (removes unpleasant odor), crowberry (strengthens the nervous system), Reishi mushroom (antimicrobial), Icelandic moss (normalizes the activity of sweat glands), etc.

  • remedy for sweaty feet "5 days" - a cream of pleasant consistency with a light smell of camphor, removes odor, dries the skin of the feet, treats cracks, calluses, eliminates swelling;
  • Formidron is an antiseptic and deodorant agent based on formaldehyde;

  • gel (Amway), "Feet Up" deodorant spray (Oriflame), "7 days" deodorant cream (Vichy), "Super anti-sweat" cream, "ODABAN" antiperspirant talc - this is far from a complete list of remedies for sweating and foot odor;
  • The shelves of cosmetic and perfume stores are overflowing with products against underarm sweating, but the best of them are considered to be safe for health and do not contain aluminum: deodorants from Vichy, Citrus (Weleda), Nature Veil (TianDe), Aromakologia (L'Occitane), etc.;
  • Pharmaceutical antiperspirants are subject to stricter control and certification, therefore they are more reliable: formidron, malavit, hydronex, Teymurov paste, galmanin (powder);
  • remedies for hot flashes and sweating during menopause: hormone replacement therapy drugs (femoston, ovestin, livial, norkolut); non-hormonal (remens, ostrovel, stella, energy); antidepressants and sedatives (fluoxetine, coaxil, persen, novopassit, bellaspon, belloid), reducing hot flashes (sonapax, etaperazin); skin care (antiperspirants, for example, Etiaxil night action, reduces sweat secretion by 65%);
  • remedies for sweaty palms and hands: Teimurov paste, zinc ointment, ammonia, formalin solution, soda baths;

  • Most often, folk remedies are used for sweating of the body, head and face: wiping with water acidified with vinegar or lemon juice, brewed tea, a decoction of mint, oak bark, sage. Atropine is also used and injections of Botox and Dysport under the skin are used, but this procedure is effective for no more than six months, then it must be repeated

Pharmacodynamics

The pharmacodynamics of dry dry consists of contraction of sweat glands, while their functions are not impaired, sweat evaporation is redirected to other places or excreted from the kidneys.

Formidron destroys the structure of protein molecules, which means it has a detrimental effect on skin bacteria, but is especially effective against fungi and viruses. In addition, it helps to close the sweat glands, causing them to atrophy.

Antiperspirants based on natural ingredients use the properties of each specific substance: essential oils of various plants, mineral water, natural minerals, without destroying the microflora and functions of the sweat glands.

Hormonal drugs during menopause have a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system, eliminate the lack of hormones, non-hormonal drugs reduce sweating and hot flashes, and normalize metabolism.

Teymurov paste has a disinfectant, drying, deodorizing effect. Atropine reduces the secretion of sweat glands.

The introduction of Botox and Dysport blocks the nerve impulses entering the sweat gland, thereby rendering it inoperative.

Pharmacokinetics

The aluminum-protein film of dry dry, which blocks the pores of sweat glands, is insoluble, so the absorption of aluminum by the body does not occur.

The pharmacokinetics of formidron are determined by the pharmacokinetics of the main active substance, formaldehyde - in the body it is converted into formic acid.

Drugs that ease the course of menopause have good bioavailability, appearing in the bloodstream within a short period of time.
