Syndrome of the manager

Ambivalence

To denote the dual and even mutually exclusive nature of feelings experienced by a person at the same time on the same occasion, in modern psychology and psychoanalysis there is the term ambivalence.

Sleepwalking or walking in a dream

In the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), there is no pathology of sleepwalking, but there is a dream (medical name somnambulism) - V class (mental and behavior disorders), code - F51.3.

Nervous Orthorexia

Nervous orthorhexia is not recognized as an eating disorder by the American Psychiatric Association, and is not mentioned as an official diagnosis in the widely used US Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). There is no such pathology in the latest edition of the ICD.

Persecution mania

In modern psychiatry, persecution mania or persecution syndrome is considered one of the subtypes of delusional (paranoid) disorder, which consists in the existence of a false belief in a person that others - either specific people or vague "they" - constantly monitor him and seek to harm in any way .

Abulia

Painful lack of will, inability and unwillingness to move, act, make decisions, contact with others in psychiatry and neurology is called Abulia.

Psychasthenia

The main signs of pathology are heightened anxiety, suspiciousness, lack of self-confidence, indecisiveness, a sense of inferiority.

Megalomania

In clinical psychiatry, megalomania is defined as a form of a psychopathological state or one of the varieties of an affective syndrome in which a person has a false belief that he possesses outstanding qualities, is omnipotent and famous.

Delirium of jealousy

In the symptom-complex of disorders of the thinking process, a special place is occupied by delusions-erroneous belief, reasoning, conclusions, interrelated with very personal disturbances of the person, in which it is impossible to convince him of any arguments.

Schizophasia

This disease is not rare, it is inherent in people with other disorders. In some cases, the manifestation of the disease is associated with a strong alcohol intoxication.
