The most effective products for colds are the figs with milk. From cough, these ingredients can be used for both adults and children. They minimize painful attacks, increase the production of mucus in the bronchi and stimulate its excretion.
Figs or wine berry is a plant rich in proteins, fats, tannins, minerals and organic acids. It has the following properties:

Cooking recipes
- Take 1 liter of fresh cow or goat milk with a fat content of at least 3%. Pour into a saucepan and put on a stove for medium heat. A handful of figs are cut into small cubes and add to a warm liquid. Check the agent for 40 minutes, then wrap it and let it brew for 2-3 hours. Strain and take ½ cup 3-4 times a day. The medicine can be stored in the refrigerator.
- 750 ml of milk and 250 ml of purified water pour into one container and put on a slow fire. Take 4-6 large fig fruits, rinse and cut into 4 pieces, placing in boiling liquid. Add a small handful of lime blossom to the product and cook for 20-30 minutes. The drink should be infused before darkening and full cooling, after which you need to add ½ cup of fresh cranberry juice. The medicine is taken 1 tablespoon 4-6 times a day. The course of treatment is 30 days.
Treatment is contraindicated in cases of intolerance to the components of the decoction, allergies to figs, as well as concrements in the kidney and gallbladder, pancreatitis, cholecystitis. The drug is not recommended for patients younger than 6 years, with obesity, diabetes and during pregnancy.
