Pharmacodynamics

Ear drops Candibiotic are a complex of therapeutic agents from different drug groups, which are specially selected for the treatment of ENT organs.

An imidazole derivative is the substance clotrimazole, which has a broad-spectrum antifungal effect (local effect). The antifungal effect of clotrimazole is due to its ability to destroy the process of binding the element of the cell walls of fungi - ergosterol. As a result, the permeability of the walls changes, which provokes lysis of the fungal cell.

The bacteriostatic antibacterial agent chloramphenicol has a wide range of activity against various microbes - gram-positive and -negative. The antibacterial effect of the drug is aimed at disrupting the processes of protein binding inside bacterial cells.

GCS beclomethasone is a component of the drug, providing anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.

Lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is needed in this combination as an analgesic substance. It allows reversible blocking of the transmission of nerve reactions, preventing the passage of sodium ions through the membrane.
