Pharmacodynamics

The combination of active components of the drug has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial effect.

Lidocaine has powerful local anesthetic properties, being a drug from the amide group, and the mechanism of action of the substance occurs by stabilizing cell membranes - when blocking Na channels. Compared to novocaine, the element lidocaine is safer and more effective, and in addition, it can have an antibacterial effect.

Chamomile tincture has anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and disinfectant properties.

Chamomile contains a complex combination of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial elements of different structures, the combination of which enhances the overall medicinal effect. The most important in the therapeutic sense are sesquiterpenes, which contain more than half of all active components of chamomile. The anti-inflammatory effect of chamomile flowers is mainly due to alpha-bisabolol with chamazulene. These elements have an antibacterial and antimycotic effect.

Thymol is a derivative of phenol, which has an antimicrobial and strong antimycotic effect. It has a wide range of disinfectant effects, as well as a weak toxicity index, which distinguishes it from phenol. At the same time, thymol also has an antiviral effect.
