Besalol has disinfecting and antispasmodic properties.
Indications of the besalola

After the penetration of phenyl salicylate into the intestine under the influence of alkali, it is converted to phenol and salicylic acid, which inhibit the growth of pathogenic intestinal microflora.

Dosing and administration
The sizes of Besalol servings for adult patients are 1 tablet with 2-3 times taken per day. The maximum daily allowance is 6 tablets.
