Besalol has disinfectant and antispasmodic properties.
Indications Besalola
It is used to eliminate diseases affecting the intestines and stomach, against the background of which intestinal dysbacteriosis and spasms in the area of the smooth muscles of the peritoneum are observed.
Release form
The medicinal product is released in tablets, in the amount of 6 pieces inside a blister.
Pharmacodynamics
Belladonna extract reduces smooth muscle tone and at the same time reduces the excretory activity of the bronchial, gastric, and salivary glands, which allows it to block the activity of m-cholinergic receptors.
After phenyl salicylate penetrates the intestines, under the influence of alkali, it is converted into phenol and salicylic acid, which inhibit the growth of pathogenic intestinal microflora.
Pharmacokinetics
The drug is well absorbed after penetration into the digestive tract. Excretion occurs through the kidneys.
Dosing and administration
The dosage size of Besalol for adult patients is 1 tablet taken 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.

Use Besalola during pregnancy
It is prohibited to use Besalol during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contraindications
Main contraindications:
- intolerance to medicinal components;
- bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract;
- prostate adenoma;
- closed-angle glaucoma.
Side effects Besalola
The use of tablets may cause the following side effects:
- paralysis of accommodation;
- feeling of dizziness;
- increase in IOP values;
- a feeling of increased heartbeat;
- dilation of the pupils of the eyes;
- urinary retention;
- signs of allergy;
- dryness of the oral mucosa;
- the appearance of constipation.
Overdose
If signs of intoxication are observed, discontinue use of the drug and consult a doctor.
Storage conditions
Besalol must be kept in a place protected from sunlight and moisture, at standard temperatures.
