Indications of the berosa
It is used during combined therapy for dysfunction of GVP, and in addition, in cases when this disease is combined with a chronic form of gastritis, which indicates a preserved or decreased secretory activity of the stomach. Also used for chronic cholecystitis.
Release form
The release is carried out in the form of oral tincture, in jars with a capacity of 0.1 liter or in bottles with a volume of 0.5 liters.
Pharmacodynamics
The medicine helps to increase the quantitative amount of secreted bile, and in addition the rate of its secretion. Also, the drug helps to increase the indices of bilirubin with cholesterol. Such an effect is also preserved in the toxic form of hepatitis, which is caused by the activity of carbon tetrachloride.
When treating a gastric ulcer that has a stressful nature, the drug potentiates and speeds up the process of tissue healing. This is due to its bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, capillary-strengthening and astringent properties.
Beroz contributes to diuresis. It does not possess immunotoxic, teratogenic, mutagenic, and embryotoxic properties, and besides it does not accumulate inside the body.

Dosing and administration
The medicine is consumed half an hour before eating. The size of the tincture is 2 tablespoons (30 ml of the substance), which should be taken 2-3 times / day. It is recommended to dilute the medicine in boiled water (third-quarter of a glass). A maximum of 90 ml of the tincture is allowed per day.
The duration of therapy is determined by the nature of the pathology and its symptoms, and in addition the course of concomitant basic treatment and the result obtained. On average, lasts for 7-15 days.
With intervals between treatment courses of 14 days, repeated therapy can be performed.

Use of the berosa during pregnancy
It is forbidden to appoint Beroz to nursing mothers and pregnant women.
Contraindications
The main contraindications:
- the presence of intolerance with respect to the bioactive components that make up the medicament;
- increased values of blood pressure;
- cholelithiasis, with concrements of more than 10 mm in diameter, obstructive jaundice, and in addition acute inflammatory processes in the pancreas, gall bladder, and liver;
- pronounced forms of disorders in the work of the kidneys;
- excessively high pH of gastric juice, the presence of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, and in addition a pronounced form of GDR;
- bradycardia, which has a pronounced character;
- childhood.
Side effects of the berosa
Sometimes patients develop cholestasis. We can expect the development of hypersensitivity in relation to the drug or its individual elements. This disorder manifests itself in the form of symptoms of dyspepsia and allergies (among them, rashes, hyperemia, skin swelling, itching, photosensitivity and increased blood pressure). When these side effects appear, you must cancel the use of the medicine and consult your doctor.
Overdose
With prolonged intake and intoxication, a bitter taste in the oral cavity may appear, and in addition, discomfort in the liver.
To eliminate the effects of an overdose, it is required to take enterosorbents in the form of a suspension, and also to carry out symptomatic procedures.
Interactions with other drugs
Beroz potentiates the effects of tranquilizers, barbiturates and other drugs that affect the function of the central nervous system.
It is forbidden to combine with preparations, the constituent elements of which are metals.
It is not recommended to prescribe antibiotic users, contraceptives, statins, antihypertensive drugs, blocking the activity of Ca channels, anticoagulants, and in addition sulfanilamides, SG and female sex hormones.

Storage conditions
Beroze is required to be kept in a place that is closed from the access of young children. The temperature should not exceed 25 ° C.
Shelf life
Beroze is allowed to be used for 2 years from the date of manufacture of the medicament.
