Treatment of acute salpingo-oophoritis is carried out, as a rule, in conditions of gynecological department with the use of all necessary means and methods. In chronic salpingo-oophoritis after consultation of the patient with a gynecologist from the methods of physiotherapy at home, the optimal use of laser (magnetolaser) therapy, magnetotherapy and the method of information-wave action. Physiotherapy with salpingoophoritis is carried out independently for the intended purpose and under the dynamic control of the gynecologist.
The laser (magnetolaser) action is carried out by means of apparatuses that generate radiation from the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm), in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation.
The position of the patient during the procedure is lying on the back on the couch (bed) with limbs stretched along the trunk. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: on the right and on the left one field on the projection area of the appendages of the uterus on the front surface of the abdominal wall.
MRP OR 5 - 10 mW / cm 2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT. In the presence of frequency modulation of radiation until the disappearance or a significant decrease in the characteristic pain syndrome, the exposure is carried out at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent procedures until the completion of the course of exposure at a frequency of 10 Hz.
Time of action on one field is 5 minutes. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning hours (up to 12 hours).
Magnetotherapy is carried out with the help of the apparatus "Pole-2D". The position of the patient during the procedure is lying on the back on the couch (bed) with limbs stretched along the trunk. The procedure of procedures is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: on the right and on the left one field on the projection area of the appendages of the uterus on the front surface of the abdominal wall.
Time of action on one field is 20 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning hours (up to 12 hours).
Information-wave impact. The emitter of the Azor-IC apparatus is installed on the bare part of the body. The position of the patient during the procedure is lying on the back on the couch (bed) with limbs stretched along the trunk. The procedure of procedures is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: on the right and on the left one field on the projection area of the appendages of the uterus on the front surface of the abdominal wall.
Frequency of radiation modulation: 80 Hz - until the disappearance or significant reduction of the characteristic pain syndrome; 10 Hz - all subsequent procedures until the end of the course of exposure.
Time of action on one field is 20 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning hours (up to 12 hours).
Consecutive carrying out of various procedures in one day is not recommended!
