Gastritis is an inflammatory process in the mucous membrane of the stomach. It manifests itself as acute pain, loss of appetite, and digestive disorders. Nausea with gastritis is one of the main symptoms. Vomiting, diarrhea, and other dyspeptic disorders are also often observed.

  • Recipe No. 1.

As a base, take about a glass of sunflower or olive oil, heat it to a warm state, add about half a teaspoon of star anise, cardamom and cinnamon (pre-grind in a coffee grinder). Bring it all to a boil. As soon as the oil boils, remove from heat, leave for an hour. After that, drink at each attack of nausea, a teaspoon. Can be dissolved in a small amount of warm water.

  • Recipe No. 2.

Take about 50 grams of butter. Melt over low heat or in a water bath. Once the butter has melted, add about 2-3 grams of curry, turmeric and ground nutmeg. Boil for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, over low heat. Then put it in a cool place. After the butter has solidified, use it during an attack of nausea (dissolve a small piece until the nausea stops).

  • Recipe No. 3.

Take honey as a base, mix it with propolis in a ratio of 2:1. Melt over low heat. You can add a little water if the honey does not melt well. Then add a third of a teaspoon of ground red pepper and anise seeds. Allow to solidify. Take in small quantities to relieve nausea.

  • Recipe No. 4.

Take about 2-3 grams of mumiyo, dissolve in 250-300 ml of pre-prepared herbal decoction of celery roots and leaves, basil grass. Dissolve, let it brew for at least 5 hours. Drink 75-100 ml 2-3 times a day, for at least 28 days.

Nausea with gastritis with high acidity

With increased acidity, herbal and folk remedies have proven themselves well. Take about 50 ml of flax seed decoction, place it in a separate iron container, place it in a water bath or low heat. Heat while stirring constantly, but do not bring to a boil. Then add 1 drop of the following essential oils: buckthorn, gentian, rosemary and 3 teaspoons of echinacea extract. Remove from heat, cool, drink 2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day.

Take 2 tablespoons of corn oil as a base. Mix it with a tablespoon of natural bird cherry flower extract, add 2 drops of sage essential oil (anti-inflammatory properties). Mix, leave for about 15-20 minutes, drink in one go, before bed.

Take 30-40 ml of corn silk decoction. Add about a third of a teaspoon of dried grass and crushed hawthorn fruits. Heat over low heat until warm, remove from heat. Mix everything thoroughly and drink warm before bed.

  • Recipe No. 4.

Pour two-thirds of alcohol into a 50 ml container, add a teaspoon of saxifrage extract, 2 drops of oregano and marshmallow essential oil. Stir, leave for 15 minutes, drink a tablespoon per day for 28 days. Prepare a new solution every 3-4 days, as it gradually inactivates during long-term storage.

  • Recipe No. 5.

Mix equal parts flour and starch. You need to take about a tablespoon of each component. Mix until a uniform consistency is formed with a small amount of sour cream, add 2 drops of coltsfoot essential oil and 1 drop of raspberry oil (essential). Mix everything thoroughly, eat a teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning. You can dissolve it in a glass of warm water.

Dizziness and nausea with gastritis

If nausea and dizziness occur with gastritis, this may indicate the development of acute gastritis, or an exacerbation of its chronic form. At this stage, it is imperative to contact a doctor who will immediately conduct diagnostics, make a diagnosis, and prescribe treatment. If it is not possible to visit a doctor, some folk recipes will help alleviate the condition.

  • Recipe No. 1.

Take butter (50 grams) and honey in a ratio of 2:1, heat over low heat, stirring slowly, melt. Without bringing to a boil, remove from heat, add half a teaspoon of elecampane and primrose roots and 2 drops of parsley, verbena and cornflower essential oils. Stir, eat a teaspoon at each attack of dizziness and nausea with gastritis.

  • Recipe No. 2.

As a base, take 2 tablespoons of fish oil and alcohol. Mix it all, add a tablespoon of concentrated extract or extract of mint leaves and stems, add 2 drops of lemon balm and lophanthus essential oil. Mix, leave for 1-2 hours, drink a teaspoon during each attack.

  • Recipe No. 3.

Mix alcohol and stevia decoction (need to be prepared in advance at the rate of 1 tablespoon of stevia per glass of water). Mix in a ratio of 2:1, where 2 parts are alcohol and 1 is stevia. Morning nausea with gastritis

With gastritis, nausea can bother you at any time. If nausea regularly bothers you in the morning (with a history of gastritis), women first need to make sure that they are not pregnant. In 85% of pregnant women with a history of gastritis, it worsens in the first trimester. If pregnancy is excluded, to relieve symptoms, it is recommended to try one of the folk remedies listed below.

Herbal treatment

Herbs are good for nausea. Herbal treatment is long-term, requires regular intake, and adherence to the treatment regimen.

Celery is used to relieve inflammation and eliminate nausea. It is taken in the form of decoctions. About 2-3 celery sprigs are poured with boiling water (about a glass). Infuse until the decoction becomes warm. Drink during the day in small quantities, in small sips. You need to drink all the prepared decoction during the day, and prepare a new decoction the next day. The course of treatment is at least 30 days. It can also be added to soups, borscht, sauces. In addition to relieving nausea, it has an analgesic and carminative effect, eliminates bile stasis. Improves peristalsis and intestinal motility.

Basil is used both as a decoction and as a regular additive to various dishes, including first and second courses. Leaves and seeds are used to prepare the decoction. It relieves inflammation, nausea, prevents infection, and eliminates pain.

Hogweed is used in the form of decoctions and infusions. About 2-3 tablespoons of the herb are poured with 300-400 ml of boiling water or alcohol. The decoction is infused for about an hour, the alcohol infusion - 2-3 days. The decoction is drunk about a glass per day, you can add a little honey, to taste. The infusion is drunk in a tablespoon 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 28-30 days. Stimulates motility and peristalsis, improves motility, normalizes metabolic processes, increases immunity, eliminates nausea.

Homeopathy

When treating with homeopathy, a number of precautions must be taken:

  • The treatment should last for at least 28 days, since during this time a complete biochemical cycle occurs, the body is renewed, and homeopathy has an effect.

  • Do not interrupt the course or finish it early (complete the full course of treatment).

As a base, take about 20 grams of butter and honey, mix together. Pour in a small amount of pre-prepared warm herbal decoction (fennel and parsley leaves and grass). Prepare a mass of uniform consistency (like sour cream). Immediately before ingestion, add 2-3 drops of concentrated lavender essential oil. Use a teaspoon 1-2 times a day.

  • Recipe No. 3.

Take approximately equal parts of honey and sour cream, mix with half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Mix well so that there are no lumps left. If you can't stir, you can pre-melt the honey over low heat or in a water bath, or add 1-2 tablespoons of hot water. Before use, add 2-3 drops of marjoram essential oil and half a teaspoon of salt, mix thoroughly again, drink with each attack of nausea. If there was not a single attack of nausea during the day, you still need to drink a teaspoon of the remedy at night.

  • Recipe No. 4.

Mix equal parts milk and melted butter (about a glass of each component). Heat until warm, stirring constantly, add about 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds and 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, bring to a boil. As soon as the remedy boils, immediately remove from heat, leave for about an hour. Drink a teaspoon in the morning (on an empty stomach), with each attack of nausea, and always at night, before going to bed.

Diet for gastritis

Diet for gastritis is a prerequisite for effective treatment, without which no treatment will be effective. Thus, a patient with gastritis should completely exclude from the diet all spicy, fatty, fried foods, smoked foods and marinades. It is recommended to eat hot, mainly first courses, soups, broths. Spices, seasonings, sauces, seasonings are excluded. It is better to replace frying with steamed or boiled dishes, sometimes, outside of exacerbation, you can use baking.
