Treatment of acute salpingo-oophoritis is usually carried out in a gynecological department using all necessary means and methods. In case of chronic salpingo-oophoritis, after consultation of the patient by a gynecologist, the optimal physiotherapy methods at home are laser (magnetic laser) therapy, magnetotherapy and the method of information-wave exposure. Physiotherapy for salpingo-oophoritis is carried out independently as prescribed and under the dynamic control of a gynecologist.
Laser (magnetolaser) exposure is carried out on the skin using devices that generate radiation in the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 µm), in continuous or pulsed mode of generating this radiation.
The patient's position during the procedure is lying on her back on a couch (bed) with her limbs extended along the body. The method of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: one field on the right and one on the left per projection area of the uterine appendages on the anterior surface of the abdominal wall.
PPM OR 5 - 10 mW/cm2 . Magnetic nozzle induction 20 - 40 mT. In the presence of frequency modulation of radiation until the disappearance or significant reduction of the characteristic pain syndrome, the effect is carried out with a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent procedures until the completion of the course of exposure with a frequency of 10 Hz.
The exposure time for one field is 5 minutes. The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures daily, once a day in the morning (before 12 o'clock).
Magnetic therapy is performed using the device "Pole-2D". The patient's position during the procedure is lying on her back on a couch (bed) with her limbs extended along the body. The procedure technique is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: one field on the right and one on the left per projection area of the uterine appendages on the anterior surface of the abdominal wall.
The exposure time for one field is 20 minutes. The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures daily, once a day in the morning (before 12 o'clock).
Information-wave impact. The emitter of the "Azor-IK" device is installed on a naked area of the body. The patient's position during the procedure is lying on her back on a couch (bed) with her limbs extended along the body. The procedure technique is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: one field on the right and one on the left per projection area of the uterine appendages on the anterior surface of the abdominal wall.
Radiation modulation frequency: 80 Hz - until the characteristic pain syndrome disappears or is significantly reduced; 10 Hz - all subsequent procedures until the end of the course of exposure.
The exposure time for one field is 20 minutes. The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures daily, once a day in the morning (before 12 o'clock).
It is not recommended to perform different procedures sequentially on the same day!
