Treatment of furunculosis includes the most convenient and sufficiently effective method, which uses physiotherapy - laser (magnetolaser) therapy.
The effect is carried out by means of devices generating red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (0.8 - 0.9 μm wavelength) part of the optical spectrum, in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. The treatment technique is stable, contact or distant (0.5 cm clearance).
Irradiation of the open affected area is carried out in the fields corresponding to each pathological element with the capture of healthy tissues by a laser beam within 1 cm.
Affect all elements regardless of the stage of their development. When using pulsed infrared lasers, it is permissible to apply 2 to 3 layers of gauze or bandage. In the presence of detritus on the affected surface ("crusts"), infrared radiation is preferable. When opened boil before the procedure, its surface is cleaned from purulent contents or wet discharge.
APM NLI 10 - 20 mW / cm2. Induction of magnetic packing (with magnetolaser therapy) 20 - 40 mT. With the possibility of frequency modulation of LI, the first 3 procedures act with a frequency of 50-100 Hz, the subsequent ones with a frequency of 10 Hz.
Time of impact on the field - up to 5 minutes. The course of treatment - 3 - 5 procedures daily once a day in the morning.
