Nuts are valuable nutritious foods that improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, promote weight loss, and prevent Alzheimer's disease and cancer.
Overeating walnuts
But all good things should be in moderation, and this also applies to walnuts. Its daily intake is no more than 10-14 halves. Excessive consumption of this product causes a number of painful symptoms:

Overeating sunflower seeds

Overeating Pine Nuts
Pine nuts contain all the B vitamins that are necessary for the healthy functioning of the body. In addition to vitamins, a handful of nuts allows you to fully cover the body's daily need for such microelements: copper, magnesium, silicon, iodine, phosphorus, zinc. These elements support the normal functioning of the heart, skin, teeth and digestive system.
Nuts are very high in calories, so their daily intake should not exceed 50 g. Overeating causes digestive problems and intoxication processes. The main symptoms of pine nut poisoning include:
- Metallic taste in the mouth.
- Increased weakness and drowsiness.
- Nausea, vomiting.
- Painful sensations in the liver.
- Dizziness.
- Strong thirst.
- Stomach upset.
- Stool disorders.
- Damage to the mucous membrane of the esophagus and stomach.
To eliminate the painful condition, it is necessary to take activated carbon or another adsorbent. You should also drink more fluids to remove the harmful product from the body. If you have problems with stool, you can do a cleansing enema or take a laxative. If the symptoms of intoxication persist for more than 3 days, then medical assistance is required.

Overeating Almonds
Almonds are a healthy nut with a unique composition. They are valued for their delicate aroma and unusual taste, and are widely used in cooking, cosmetology, and even in folk medicine. The daily norm of nuts should not exceed 30 g. Excessive consumption of almonds is dangerous for the body.
