Oats with milk for coughs

One simple, but at the same time effective folk recipe for treating inflammatory lesions of the upper and lower respiratory tract is oats with milk for cough. Like a drink of animal origin, oats have many useful properties. It can be taken as an anti-inflammatory agent for many pathologies of the body.
Oats contain microelements necessary for the normal functioning of the body: vitamin A and E, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, magnesium, fatty acids and much more. Oil is prepared from it, which is effective for cramps, as well as a nutritious and soothing agent.
Recipes for brewing oats in milk for cough
- Pour a glass of warm milk over a couple of tablespoons of oats and leave to simmer in a closed container in the oven for 1-2 hours. Strain the finished decoction and take it in small portions throughout the day. If desired, you can add a spoonful of honey to the remedy.
- Pour 500 ml of milk over 50 g of oats and boil until the cereal becomes soft. Strain, add a couple of spoons of honey and take to treat dry cough.
- Pour a liter of cold water over a glass of oats and let it brew for an hour. Then boil it until the liquid is reduced by half. Combine the decoction with an equal proportion of milk and add a little honey for taste. Take 3-4 times a day.
Oats are contraindicated for use in cases of intolerance, cardiovascular diseases, increased stomach acidity, renal failure and gallbladder pathologies.
