Physiotherapy with phlebitis and thrombophlebitis in the workplace, at home, involves the application of the most convenient and sufficiently effective methods of laser (magnetolaser) therapy.
For the action, it is necessary to use laser therapeutic devices that generate radiation from the near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in the continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation.
The technique of exposure is contact, stable (successive gradual irradiation in the corresponding fields - laser or magnetolaser therapy) or distant (gap between the radiator and the body surface is 0.5 cm), labile (scanning with a beam at a speed of 1 cm / s - laser therapy only) .
Impact fields. The irradiation is carried out skeletal on the projection of the affected vein from the periphery to the center, successively fields overlapping each other (laser therapy only), or a scanning technique with the speed of the radiator (laser beam) of 1 cm / s (laser and magnetolaser therapy). In the presence of varicose nodules, they are additionally affected by one or more margins.
MRP OR 5 - 10 mW / cm 2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle (magnetolaser therapy - only in a stable manner) - 20-40 mT.
Effective treatment with devices operating in a continuous mode of OR generation. However, with the possibility of frequency modulation of the NLI, the optimum frequency is 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
