The most common urological symptom in women is hematuria, which in principle is considered one of the most common clinical signs in urology and nephropathology.
Causes
Urine red color in women is provoked by such reasons:
- Cystitis is chronic or in the stage of exacerbation.
- Urethral syndrome.
- Endometriosis of the tissues of the bladder.
- Idiopathic hematuria of pregnant women.
- Postpartum hematuria.
- Sickle-cell anemia.
- Diseases of infectious etiology (endocarditis, scarlet fever).
- Diseases of the main veins of the kidneys.
- Oncopathology of the pelvic organs.
- Varicose veins of the renal veins.
- Pyelonephritis.
- Urolithiasis disease.
- Glomerulonephritis.
- Stones in the kidneys.
- Kidney cysts.
- Cancer of the bladder.
It should be noted that urine of red color in women can be provoked by completely harmless factors - nutritional or pharmacological consequences (course of treatment with specific drugs). If the diet included berries, fruits, vegetables bright burgundy, red, you need to watch the process of urination. Usually urine returns to normal color values after 1-2 days. If urine red color continues to disturb a woman for 3 or more days, if the hematuria becomes total and accompanied by painful sensations, you should immediately call a doctor or an ambulance.
