  • Bread.
  • Vegetable oils.

A sick gout is recommended to eat 5 times a day, in small portions. The diet should be diverse and must contain such products:

  • apples: even one apple a day can neutralize a large amount of uric acid;
  • carrots: helps purify the blood;
  • cherries : rich in antioxidants and help to eliminate the inflammatory process;
  • banana: contains a large amount of potassium, which is able to thin crystalline uric acid, speeding its excretion from the body.
