Proper nutrition for gout is one of the important methods in the treatment of this disease. It is impossible to cure gout completely, but the diet will help make the remission last longer.
Fruits for gout
It is very important to remember that with this disease you need to eat often, but in small portions. At the same time, at least once a week you need to have a special fasting day. Fruits for gout are the main component for such days. Vegetables (raw or boiled) must be added to them.
