For the treatment of trophic ulcers and long-term non-healing wounds, the most convenient and quite effective methods of physiotherapy are laser (magnetic laser) therapy, as well as exposure to a low-frequency alternating magnetic field.
Laser (magnetolaser) exposure is carried out using devices that generate radiation of the red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. In laser therapy of this pathology, preference is given to devices with matrix emitters.
Before the procedure, the affected area is cleaned of wet discharge. As a rule, the open affected area is irradiated. Exposure to red spectrum radiation is preferable, but if there are crusts on the wound surface, it is advisable to use infrared radiation. When using pulsed infrared laser emitters, exposure through 2-3 layers of gauze or bandage is permissible.
The method of exposure is distant (the gap between the emitter and the body surface is 0.5 cm), stable (sequential gradual irradiation along the corresponding fields - laser or magnetic laser therapy) or labile (scanning with a beam at a speed of 1 cm/s - only laser therapy). Through a bandage or gauze dressing, exposure is carried out only by the contact method.
Impact fields. The entire affected skin surface is irradiated in fields with healthy tissues captured within 1 - 1.5 cm, moving from the periphery to the center of the pathological area.
PPM NLI 5 - 10 mW/cm2 . Induction of magnetic attachment (magnetic laser therapy - only according to stable method) 20-40 mT.
Treatment of trophic ulcers is effective using devices operating in continuous NLI generation mode. However, with the possibility of frequency modulation of NLI, the optimal frequency is 10 Hz.
The exposure time on the field is up to 5 minutes. The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures daily, once a day in the morning.
Magnetic therapy is recommended to be performed using the device "Pole-2D". The method of action is contact, stable, through bandages applied to the affected surface.
They act on the entire affected skin surface sequentially in fields, capturing healthy tissue within 1 - 1.5 cm, moving from the periphery to the center of the pathological area.
The exposure time on the field is 10 minutes. The course of treatment is up to 15 procedures daily, once a day in the morning.
It is possible to carry out the procedures sequentially in one day at home for trophic ulcers and long-term non-healing wounds (the interval between procedures is 2-4 hours):
- laser (magnetic laser) therapy + magnetic therapy.
