After consultation of the patient as a urologist from the methods of physiotherapy of chronic prostatitis, the methods of laser (magnetolaser) therapy, magnetotherapy and methods of information-wave action are convenient and effective enough at home. Physiotherapy with prostatitis is carried out by the patient independently for the intended purpose and under the dynamic control of the urologist.
Laser (magnetolaser) therapy is carried out with the help of emitters of the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm). The position of the patient during the procedure - lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on the back with knees bent and legs apart. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the lump articulation; II - the crotch area, the middle of the distance between the anus and the root of the penis.
APM NLI 10 - 50 mW / cm2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT. With the possibility of frequency modulation, the first three procedures are performed at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent ones at a frequency of 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
Magnetotherapy is carried out with the help of the apparatus "Pole-2D". The position of the patient during the procedure is lying on his back on the couch (bed) with his legs bent at the knees and diluted in the sides. The procedure of procedures is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the lump articulation: II - the perineal region.
Time of action on one field is 20 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures once a day in the morning hours (up to 12 hours).
The information-wave effect is carried out with the help of the Azor-IK apparatus. The position of the patient during the procedure - lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on the back with knees bent and legs apart. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: I - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the pubic articulation; II - crotch area.
The first 3 procedures are performed at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent procedures at a frequency of 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field is up to 20 min. The course of treatment up to 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is possible to consistently perform the procedures in one day at home with a chronic prostatitis (the interval between the procedures is 2 to 4 hours):
- laser (magnetolaser) therapy + magnetotherapy;
- information-wave action + magnetotherapy.
