All dermatitis and dermatoses, for which there are no indications for hospitalization, have to be treated in outpatient or outpatient settings. In this case, the methods of drug therapy of this pathology in the form of external application of appropriate ointments and ingestion of various medications are necessarily complemented by possible methods of physiotherapy.
One of the universal therapeutic methods of external physical factors for dermatitis and dermatosis is low-energy laser radiation, since the pathogenetic conditionality of its effect is predetermined by the achievement of anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, desensitizing, immunocorrecting and regenerative effect, and also improvement of regional circulation.
The laser action is carried out by means of devices generating red (wavelength 0.63 μm) or near infrared (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) part of the optical spectrum, in a continuous or pulsed mode of generation of this radiation. The exposure procedure is distant (0.5 cm clearance), stable or labile.
Irradiate exposed areas of skin. Before the procedure, the affected skin surface is cleaned from a moist serous or purulent discharge. In the presence of scales or crusts, infrared radiation is used. When using pulsed infrared emitters, it is permissible to apply 2 to 3 layers of gauze or bandage.
Irradiation is carried out in the fields, taking the entire affected skin surface along the pathological site configuration, from the periphery to the center, and healthy tissues within 1 - 1.5 cm. A laser beam scanning technique with a beam speed of 1 cm / s is possible.
APM NLI 1 - 5 mW / cm 2. With the possibility of frequency modulation of NLI, the following parameters are optimal: in the presence of an inflammatory reaction of the skin, the first 5 procedures are applied at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent procedures until the end of the course of physiotherapy are carried out at a frequency of 10 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment 10 - 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
Repeated courses of laser exposure in chronic dermatological diseases can be performed after 1 to 3 months. It should be noted that for diseases such as neurodermatitis and some forms of eczema, the first course of laser therapy is highly effective. However, with subsequent repeated courses of this method of physiotherapy of these diseases, its therapeutic effectiveness progressively decreases.
Clinical experience testifies to the sufficient effectiveness of the application of dermatitis and dermatoses of information-wave action by the apparatus "Azor-IK". The technique is distant (gap 0.5 cm), labile.
The entire affected skin surface is irradiated according to the configuration of the pathological site, from the periphery to the center, with radiation of healthy tissues within 1-1.5 cm, with a speed of 1 cm / s.
In the presence of an inflammatory reaction of the skin, the first 5 procedures are applied at a frequency of 80 Hz, all subsequent - at a frequency of 10 Hz.
The exposure time for the procedure is up to 30 min. The course of treatment - up to 15 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning
