It is clear that diabetics also like sweets. Therefore, it is worth considering the recipe for curd rolls. To prepare them, you need to take 100 grams of flour, 200 ml of milk, a couple of eggs, a tablespoon of sugar substitute, a little butter and salt to taste. Dried cranberries, a couple of eggs, butter, 250 dietary cottage cheese, orange zest are suitable for the filling. To prepare the glaze, you will need to take vanilla flavoring, one egg, 130 ml of milk, and half a teaspoon of sugar substitute. To prepare the pancakes, you will have to sift the flour and add all the other ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly and begin the frying process. In the meantime, it's time to do the filling. Grated butter is mixed with orange zest, cottage cheese, yolks and cranberries are also added here. After which all the ingredients are whipped in a blender. The resulting mass is mixed with cottage cheese. The filling should be put into the pancakes and put in the oven for literally a couple of minutes. This is how tasty the diet can be for type 2 diabetes.
Fruits for diabetes type 2
Most people think that if you have diabetes, you can't eat fruit at all. This is not true. You just need to know what you can eat, that's all.
First of all, you need to understand that you need to eat everything in moderation. So, you can eat apples, pears and citrus fruits. As for the latter fruits, they include grapefruits and oranges. It is better to refuse to eat lemons. The main thing is to always know when to stop. Due to the high carbohydrate content, all the above fruits do not cause a sharp surge in blood glucose levels.
Allowed fruits include mango, papaya, pineapple, melon and watermelon. It is important to understand that the highest glycemic index is for fruits that have undergone any type of processing. So with diabetes, you can eat almost all berries and fruits. True, the proportion should be very small. If we are talking about apples and pears, the size of the fruit should not exceed the palm. In general, you should not eat any fruits without consulting a doctor. Because nutrition for type 2 diabetes still requires an individual approach.
