Cryptite

Cryptite is an inflammation of the anal sinuses (Morgenian crypts), which are indentations in the very distal part of the rectum. The crypts are located between the anal (blink) rollers and are covered from the side of the luminal cavity by the semilunar flaps.

Epithelial coccygeal passage

Along with paraproctitis, the disease is widespread, which is characterized by the formation of abscesses in the coccyx region that are not associated with the rectum, the epithelial coccygeal passage.

Polyps of the rectum

In most cases, polyps are asymptomatic and are a random finding in endoscopy performed for any other disease or for the purpose of preventive examination of the large intestine.

Paraproctitis: diagnosis

Diagnosis of acute paraproctitis. The greatest importance in the recognition of acute paraproctitis is examination of the anal zone and digital examination of the rectum. Diagnosis of chronic paraproctitis. When the patient is questioned, the duration of the disease, the frequency of exacerbations, and the methods of treatment used are specified.

Paraproctitis: symptoms

Acute paraproctitis is a suppurative inflammation (abscess) of the peritopulmonary tissue. Chronic paraproctitis is the result of acute inflammation. This is a pararectal fistula formed after spontaneous dissection of an abscess or opening it by a surgical method. Internal, the opening of the fistula is a defect in the rectum.

Anal fissure

Hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids
