Patomymia (synonyms: Munchausen's syndrome, simulation)
Causes. Damage to the skin by intense combing or any other objects (knife, scissors, etc.), chemical substances (alkalis, acids, etc.), burning, etc .; on visible parts of the skin to people, to evoke a feeling of pity or sympathy among others.
Symptoms. There is erosion, ulcers or scratching, located on open, accessible to the hands, areas of the gel. Damage to the skin can be disruptive. Persons with a mentally altered mind, a depressed mood, who are difficult to adapt to the surrounding conditions, are ill. Usually these people are very sensitive, with a vulnerable psyche, closed-minded, aggressive. Patients with pathology suffer from various disorders from other organs and systems.
Treatment. Consultation with a psychoneurologist, treatment of skin lesions is symptomatic (antibiotics, antiseptics, corticosteroids). For the correction of mental disorders good effect has an antidepressant - depress (20 mg per day) and neuroleptics.
