Epidemiology
Statistics state that 1% of adults suffer from sleep apnea, 95% snore and 40% of this number are susceptible to sleepy sleep syndrome. It is assumed that each 20 experiences chronic fatigue, mainly residents of large megacities. Often women than men, because are loaded not only at work, but also at home. Paradoxically, with the appearance of various household appliances designed to alleviate the life of a person who is prone to chronic fatigue, more and more. Sleep does not remove the problem, with the onset of the morning cheerfulness does not come.
Causes of the sleepy sleep syndrome
All the growing dynamics of life, constant stresses, the availability of various information that flows into a person flowing, not allowing to be disconnected even at night, drain it.
At the moment, the main explanation for the existence of the tiring sleep syndrome is the violation of sleep cycles for various reasons. There are two basic phases of a person's sleep: slow and fast. These two phases alternate in a certain sequence, forming cycles. It is believed that a person's well-being is directly dependent on the phase of sleep in which he awakens. If the sleeper during the awakening was in the "fast sleep" phase, he will feel cheerful and rested. Who did not get into this phase, will feel tired and sleepy, regardless of the length of sleep.
Risk factors
In the pathogenesis of the tiring sleep syndrome, it is impossible to unequivocally determine the impact factors. Great "sleep disturbers" are depression and anxiety. When a person feels inner discomfort, dissatisfaction, a sense of anxiety, it is difficult to count on a healthy dream. One of the risk factors for the syndrome of tiring sleep are neuroses. The causes of neuroses are different. This may be a fear of not falling asleep, some external factors that do not allow you to go to bed in time, physical or nervous overstrain, genetic predisposition, pregnancy, complications during childbirth. Provokes a sensitive sleep, apnea (temporary cessation of ventilation of the lungs), snoring.

Symptoms of the sleepy sleep syndrome
Syndrome of tiring sleep is characterized by the fact that a person wakes up sleepy, tired and listless. The patient complains of the impossibility of fast falling asleep, anxious thoughts do not release him, fear of falling asleep again, impossibility to find a comfortable pose for falling asleep, early morning ascent. The symptoms of a tiring sleep include a frequent awakening in the middle of the night due to lack of air or numbness of the limbs. Many people are prevented from fully snoring their own snoring and short-term stopping of breathing (apnea), as well as the "rotating head" syndrome, when a loud noise in the ears is heard at the moment of falling asleep or during awakening. It is also possible the appearance of joint pain, memory loss, various neurological problems.
First signs
Most people find it difficult to describe their feelings. This is a bad mood, irritability, dissatisfaction with life, sometimes loss of appetite, memory loss. Often there is a lack of desire, including sexual desire, self-doubt increases, depression comes. The main thing that should alert, it is fast fatigue during exercise.
Diagnostics of the sleepy sleep syndrome
Many doctors are skeptical about the existence of such a diagnosis, and those suffering from such symptoms want to confirm it by examining the blood. Alas, there is no blood test yet, which would indicate a disease. Nevertheless, the researchers are dealing with this problem and, as they say, not unsuccessfully. There was information that investigating the problem of AIDS, it was possible to identify a certain class of immune cells that were increased only in a group of people who are prone to a tiring sleep syndrome.
Another study group, in whom no symptoms were observed and they were either healthy or had other diseases, did not have these immune cells. Activation of the immune system indicates the presence of a virus in the human body, which must be recognized. But the detection in the first group of CD8 cytotoxic cells studied (appearing in the body to fight the virus) can be a breakthrough in solving the problem of diagnosing fatigue sleep syndrome. If this information is true, then these cells will become a marker, because are unique for the disease, which means that a blood test is possible that determines it.
Differential diagnosis
Unfortunately, there are no instrumental methods (ultrasound, MT, MRI), to reveal the cause of such conditions. They resort to differentiated diagnostics, which include laboratory tests (for the elimination of anemia, alcoholism, drug addiction, chronic infections), ECG and chest X-ray (to exclude heart disease), etc.
Differential diagnosis of "anxious" states ( neuroses and depressions ) is more difficult to carry out, since its criteria are not sufficiently developed. Therefore, in this case, relevant clinical psychopathological, psychological and biological research.

Treatment of the sleepy sleep syndrome
The treatment of the tiring sleep syndrome consists in the normalization of the sleep cycle, which requires an integrated approach to eliminate the phenomena provoking it. It is extremely undesirable without consulting a doctor to resort to sleeping pills. This can aggravate the situation.
It is important to eliminate the causes that cause anxiety, the escalation of the situation. At night before going to bed will allow to relax warm milk with honey, tincture of valerian, hawthorn, St. John's wort
In cardiovascular diseases, hypertension is prescribed drugs that lower blood pressure (diuretics, beta and alpha-blockers, ACE inhibitors) and drugs that improve the blood supply of cerebral vessels. The latter include Cavinton (ethyl ester of apovinamic acid). The drug has more than 30 years on the market in over 40 countries. It is a vasodilator, normalizes the tone of the arteries and veins, and has an antioxidant effect. Produced in the form of tablets and injections. To achieve the effect requires a long reception.
In the case of neuroses and depressions, small doses of H2-blockers, tricyclic antidepressants and serotonin reuptake inhibitors (fluoxetine-prozac) are used. In each case, treatment involves an individual comprehensive approach to the patient.
Prevention
The best prevention is a healthy lifestyle. Full nutrition, including foods rich in vitamins and minerals, moderate physical activity, water procedures, communication with pleasant people will help restore a full sleep. In the case of neurosis as a cause of the disease, the prognosis of its course is more favorable than with depression. If the patient interrupted the course of treatment of depression, then the probability of a relapse is 50%, and with repeated acute attacks - 90%. Often a person needs to take a decisive step and deploy his life to 180 0 and if he is capable of it, the disease will recede.
