- Adjuvant chemotherapy

Chemotherapy for blood cancer
Chemotherapy for blood cancer is a method of treating one of the most complex and serious diseases. A feature of blood cancer is that the damage to the bone marrow spreads throughout the blood system, affecting all healthy cells and organs. Cancers of blood include leukemia, myeloma and lymphoma.
The most effective method of treating blood cancer is chemotherapy with cytostatic agents. The duration of chemotherapy, as a rule, takes from two years. About half a year the patient spends in the conditions of a hospital, and the rest of the time is treated out-patient.
