Permanent magnetotherapy
Permanent magnetotherapy is a method of local exposure to a permanent magnetic field by means of magnetophores (magnetoelastics) or permanent magnets of various shapes that are applied to specific areas of the skin of the patient's body.
Magnetic induction of various types of products from 10 to 50 mT. The effect of the factor is due to electrodynamic changes in biological structures in the form of a corresponding orientation of the polarization domains and liquid crystal formations, the directing of the electromotive force due to the appearance of bias currents. These changes cause certain conformational rearrangements of the body tissue structures that gently modifies these or other biochemical reactions and biological processes.
The main clinical effects that magnetotherapy has: sedative, local trophic, local vasodilator, reaction change! Blood coagulation system.
Equipment: apparatus for magnetotherapy (PDMT); applicators sheet magnetic (ALM) - magnetophores, magnetoelastics; Medical ring magnets - "MKM-2-1", lamellar - "MPM-2-1" and disk - "MDM-2-1", "MDM-2-2"; magnetic clips - "KM-1", magnetic tablets - "TM".
High-intensity pulse magnetotherapy
High-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy is a method of local exposure to a high-intensity pulsed I low-frequency magnetic field, carried out with the help of one or two inductors, which are superimposed on certain parts of the patient's body.
Magnetic induction in the pulse from 150 mT to 1-1.5 T; pulse repetition rate - from 0.17 to 130 Hz; the pulse duration is about 140 μs.
The features of the action of the factor are associated with such an electrodynamic effect as the induction of vortex electric currents in the tissues - the fundamental principle of the trigger mechanism of subsequent reactions and processes. In addition, a sufficiently large magnetic induction in the impulse of the acting factor is capable of influencing the response of the neuromuscular elements due to a change in the receptivity threshold for receptors of sensory and motor neurons of various stimuli, again on the basis of electrodynamic changes in them.
The main clinical effects of magnetotherapy are: analgesic, neuromyostimulating, vasoactive, trophic, decongestant.
The equipment: AVIMP, Seta, Biomag, AMIT-01.
Low-intensity pulse magnetotherapy
Low-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy is a method of local exposure to a low-intensity pulsed low-frequency magnetic field, carried out with the help of one or two inductors, which are superimposed on certain areas of the patient's body.
Types of low-intensity pulsed low-frequency magnetic field:
- pulsating magnetic field (PUMP) - pulsed low-frequency magnetic field with a half-sinusoidal pulse shape of one polarity with equal pulse duration and intervals between them (duty cycle - 1: 1); magnetic induction in a pulse of 30-75 mT; pulse repetition rate 0.17-30 mT, duration of parcels and pauses of 1.5 s;
- Running magnetic field (BeMP) - pulsed low-frequency magnetic field with a rectangular pulse shape of one polarity with equal pulse duration and intervals between them (duty cycle - 1: 1); magnetic induction in a pulse of 10-33 mT; pulse repetition rate 10 or 100 Hz; duration of parcels and pauses of 1.5 seconds;
- rotating magnetic field (VFMP) - pulsed low-frequency magnetic field with alternating pulses of multidirectional polarity of a rectangular shape with an equal duration of pulses and intervals between them (duty cycle - 1: 1); magnetic induction in a pulse of 15 or 30 mT; the repetition rate of pulses is 12-25 Hz, the duration of parcels and pauses is 1.5 s.
The basis of the action of the factors is analogous to a constant magnetic field.
Features of the influence of different types of low-intensity pulsed magnetic field:
- PUMP by changing the pulse repetition frequency makes it possible to realize the principle of synchronization of the action;
- BeMP causes the appearance of magnetohydrodynamic forces in the blood and lymph;
- Because of the constant direction of the displacement of the action of the field, it is possible to perform magnetophoresis of medicinal products.
The main clinical effects of magnetotherapy are: vasoactive (mainly improvement of microcirculation), anti-inflammatory (predominantly anti-edema), trophic, local anesthetic, hypocoagulant.
Equipment:
- Apparatus for inducing PUMP: Polyus-1, Polyus-2, PDMT, Cascade, Magnetor, Mavr-2, BIOS, Eros, Biopotentzer, EDMA ;
- Apparatus for inducing BMP: Alimp-1, BIMP, Aurora-MK-01, Athos;
- Apparatus that induce VSMP: Polyus-3, Kolibri, Magnitoturbotron-2M, EDMA.
Variable low-frequency magnetotherapy
Variable low-frequency magnetotherapy is a method of local exposure to a low-intensity alternating low-frequency magnetic field, carried out with the help of one or two inductors, which are superimposed on certain areas of the patient's body.
Magnetotherapy uses magnetic induction up to 50 mT; frequency of oscillation 50-150 Hz; the waveform is sinusoidal.
The basis of the action of the factors is analogous to a constant magnetic field. The peculiarity of the PeMP effect is due to spatio-temporal inhomogeneity of the field, which leads to the appearance of multidirectional electrodynamic changes in the structures and tissues of the organism during the first and second phases of the period of oscillations of the magnetic field.
The main clinical effects of magnetotherapy are: vasoactive (mainly improving microcirculation), anti-inflammatory (predominantly anti-edematous), trophic, local anesthetic, hypocoagulating.
Equipment: Polyus-1, Polyus-2, Polyus-2D, Polyus-1 101, PDMT, Magnetar, Mavr-2, MAG-30, NLM , 1 "Gradient-1".
