These new methods do not refer to traditional physiotherapy. Their peculiarity is in using mainly the information component of an external physical factor acting on the human body.
The need for close attention to the informational effect of external physical factors on the functioning of body structures and systems has been pointed out by some authors before.
A detailed theoretical substantiation was carried out and appropriate technical devices of this kind of influence on the human body were created for treatment, prophylactic and rehabilitation purposes. The results of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with various pathologies testified to the high therapeutic effectiveness of the use of this apparatus.
In accordance with this there is a need to allocate a special section of physiotherapy and formulate its definition on the basis of specific features.
Information physiotherapy
Information physiotherapy is a method of general or local influence on organs and systems by an external physical factor whose energy parameters are comparable with the energy of cellular structures, and the rhythmicity of this factor's influence corresponds to the normal rhythm of functioning of the corresponding systems of the human body.
The main difference between the physiotherapeutic apparatus of information action on the human body is the extremely low output power of the acting factor comparable to the cellular energy, and ultra-low-frequency modulation of the rhythm of the generation of the physical factor for synchronization with the frequency of the working rhythms of the body's functional systems.
The main acting factors of information physiotherapy are pulsed electric current, pulsed electromagnetic field, frequency-modulated electromagnetic radiation of the radio frequency range and optical spectrum of the corresponding parameters.
Currently, there are several technical devices allowed by the Committee for New Medical Technology of the Ministry of Health of Russia to serial release and use in medical practice that comply with the definition of information physiotherapy.
Autonomous electrostimulator of the gastrointestinal tract (AESZHTKT) is a generator of pulsed electric current of rectangular shape with a current strength in a single impulse from 9 to 16 mA with an average impulse current of 98-332 μA.
The amplitude of the voltage between the electrodes of the AESJTT is up to 4.5 V. Therefore, the energy capacity of this physical factor is 4-10-4-1.5-10-3 W and is comparable to cellular bioenergy. The frequency of generation of single pulses is about 40 Hz, the pulse repetition rate is 3 Hz, i.e. The frequency characteristics of the AESJCT correspond to the normal rhythms of the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract systems. This technical device is inherently physiotherapeutic apparatus, which, while in the human body (in the gastrointestinal tract), has a corresponding effect on organs and systems for 48-52 hours.
The device "Infita" - generator of electromagnetic, mainly electric field in the form of certain impulses. At remote exposure (at a distance of 20-25 cm from the radiator), the power flux of the acting factor on the patient's body surface is about 10 μW / cm 2, i.e. The energy parameters of the action are comparable with the energy of cellular structures. The pulse generation frequency is 20-70 Hz, and in this range there are rhythms of functioning of many body systems.
Generators of electromagnetic radiation with information action on the human body - physiotherapy apparatus "Nov", "Azor-IC", "Chrono-EHF" and "Chrono-DMV".
In the low-energy SMV therapy apparatus "Nov", the EMR wavelength is 7.52 cm (i.e., the carrier frequency is about 4 GHz) with an output power of 2 mW. Since the methods of action with the help of the Nov apparatus are mostly distant, then at a distance of 15 cm from the irradiated surface of the patient's body, the PMP radiation is 15-25 μW / cm 2, which corresponds to the level of energy of the biological structures. The frequency of the radiation modulation (information frequency) is 10 Hz, which corresponds to the rhythms of the normal functioning of many systems of the human body.
Apparatus for LED therapeutic infrared radiation "Azor-IR": working (carrier) frequency 3.5-10 14 Hz; wavelength 0.85 μm; the mode of radiation generation is continuous; parameters of frequency discrete modulation of radiation (information frequencies) 2, 5, 10, 21, 80 Hz; PPM on the irradiated surface with a contact technique of exposure 7.5 μW / cm 2.
The device of low-energy EHF-therapy "Chrono-EHF": operating (carrier) frequency of 150 GHz; wavelength of 2 mm; the mode of radiation generation is continuous; range of modulation frequencies of radiation from 1 to 100 Hz, smoothly adjustable; the output power is 10 mW; mains power supply; weight 1.5 kg.
Apparatus of low-energy DMV therapy "Chrono-DMV": working (carrier) frequency 433.92 MHz; wavelength of 67 cm; the mode of radiation generation is continuous; range of modulation frequencies of radiation from 1 to 100 Hz, smoothly adjustable; output power 13 mW; mains power supply; weight 1.5 kg.
Due to the rather low power output of the Azor-IC, Chrono-KVCH and Khrono-DMV equipment comparable to that of biostructures, due to the modulation of radiation in an extremely low-frequency range corresponding to the rhythm of the functioning of the organs and systems that were provided influence, the optimization of the result of the use of these devices was achieved in order to correct information processes in the body.
To the group of devices with information action based on EMR are such technical devices as "Threshold-1" and "Minitag".
Apparatus "Threshold 1" (EMR frequency range of 30-120 GHz) generates at the contact exposure technique power flux density of about 510 -7 W / cm 2 (0.5 mW / cm2) in a continuous wave mode.
The Minitag apparatus generates EMR at a frequency within the range of 30-625 000 GHz with a super-minimal output power (PPM with a contact technique of 10 -7 W / cm2) and synchronization of the impact for a certain localization of impact points. Synchronization is achieved by preliminary diagnostics of the frequency of the functioning of biologically active points corresponding to a certain organ or system using a unique registration device, an information signal analyzer ("AIS") that receives electromagnetic oscillations in the frequency range 60.5-62.5 GHz. This allows us to optimize the frequency characteristics of the acting factor from the position of the requirements of selective information influence in this or that pathology of the organism.
It should be noted that the "Porog-1" and "Minitag" devices are used according to the methods of oriental reflexotherapy, in particular puncture, and this requires the specialist to have a clear knowledge of the philosophical aspects and technical foundations of eastern puncture therapy.
Clinical effects in information physiotherapy are very diverse and correspond to a given frequency modulation of EMR, depending on the need to normalize the function of the relevant organ or body system. Clinical effects are also associated with the targeted effect of the physiotherapeutic information factor for disease prevention, treatment or rehabilitation of patients and people with disabilities. It should be especially noted the great opportunities and high effectiveness of information physiotherapy when carrying out with the help of appropriate equipment courses of psychological rehabilitation of patients and people with disabilities.
