Treatment of endometrial polyp with folk remedies

Conservative methods include treatment aimed at reducing the endometrium, preventing further growth and development of the polyp, relieving symptoms and alleviating the condition in general.
For the treatment of endometrial polyps, a decoction for douching and washing is recommended. To prepare the decoction, mix about 50 ml of chamomile decoction and the same amount of calendula decoction, add the squeezed juice from fresh aloe leaves. This decoction should be used for douching, additionally making a working dilution. So, for 200 ml of boiled warm water, add 10-15 ml of the prepared decoction, use for washing.
A tonic taken internally has also proven itself well. To prepare, you need 100 grams of rowan, fig, and viburnum. Put all this through a meat grinder and mix thoroughly. Add 2-3 tablespoons of honey and juice squeezed from a large aloe leaf. Mix thoroughly again, leave in a cool place for 2-3 hours, after which you can take 3-4 tablespoons a day internally. This remedy perfectly stimulates the immune system and also promotes accelerated tissue regeneration.
Another vitamin remedy is recommended to be taken before bedtime. It helps to normalize hormonal levels, restores damaged tissues well, eliminates hyperplastic and inflammatory processes. To prepare, you need 50 grams of dried apricots, hazelnuts and walnuts. Mix everything and mince. Pour sea buckthorn oil over the resulting mixture so that it seasons the mixture well. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Take a tablespoon, washing it down with hot tea or milk.
Treatment of endometrial polyps with propolis
Propolis is widely used to treat various polyps of any etiology and localization. Due to its unique composition, it is able to normalize metabolic processes in the body, prevent tumor formation, and restore mucous membranes.
Suppositories are suitable for treating endometrium. Some of them can be prepared at home. To do this, it is recommended to take a small amount of cocoa butter and propolis (in equal parts), melt them in a water bath, add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, which has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. Mix thoroughly, shape into a suppository, place in the refrigerator to harden.
Propolis can be used as part of a tincture for internal use. To prepare the tincture, it is recommended to take 2-3 tablespoons of propolis, mash it gently with a fork. Add about 30 grams of stevia leaves, nettle, 3-4 tablespoons of walnut partitions to the same mass. Pour 500 ml of vodka over the resulting mixture. Infuse for 2-3 days in a dark place, after which you can take a third of a glass per day.
Propolis dissolved in chamomile decoction is used as a solution for douching. First, prepare the chamomile decoction, then strain it. About 2-3 tablespoons of propolis are dissolved in 500 ml of decoction, and used for intravaginal douching.
Herbal treatment
Herbs have long been used to treat various diseases. Endometrial polyps can be cured using a decoction and infusion of Galega officinalis. The infusion is taken internally, the decoction is used for external use. The herb is used in therapy - stems, leaves, flowers.
To prepare the infusion, it is recommended to pour 30 grams of the herb with 500 ml of vodka and leave for 2-3 days. Drink up to 3 tablespoons per day. It is recommended to eat a teaspoon of honey after each dose, which will significantly enhance the effect of the herb.
To prepare the decoction, take about 50 grams of the herb and pour 500 ml of boiling water over it. Allow it to steep for 2-3 hours in a thermos, then use it for douching, after cooling it to body temperature. It can also be used for washing in its pure form, or diluted with warm boiled water in a ratio of 1:2.
Calamus officinalis is used as a decoction internally. It can also be used as a solution for washing and for douching. In medicine, mainly rhizomes and leaves are used. In addition to having an anti-inflammatory effect on the female reproductive system, it also has a general strengthening, tonic effect, reduces body temperature and normalizes immunity.
Hawthorn is used in the form of fruits and flowers. It is known as an effective remedy in the fight against infection, swelling, tissue and organ growth. It has antioxidant properties, due to which the body is cleansed, metabolic products and toxic substances are removed from it. Hawthorn contains a large amount of provitamin A, from which vitamin A is formed in the body. Due to the high content of glycosides, acetylcholine, essential oils, it has a stabilizing effect on cell membranes. It is used in the form of decoctions, infusions in nutrient mixtures for internal use.

Walnut tincture

And finally, the third option is to use both nuts and shells with partitions, but they must be washed and sorted, separating all components. Tinctures are usually infused in a dark place for at least 3 days.
Homeopathy
Homeopathic remedies have proven themselves well in the treatment of polyps. They can be used only as prescribed by a doctor - this is the main precaution that will allow you to quickly and effectively get rid of the disease and prevent the development of side effects. And side effects from improper use of homeopathy, or self-medication, as practice shows, are quite serious. Many cases end in oncological processes, or the formation of multiple polyps.
A strengthening mixture intended for internal use is often used. To prepare, take 50 grams of badger fat and melt it over low heat. While stirring constantly, add 20 grams of regular table mustard or 5 grams of mustard powder, 10 ml of freshly squeezed radish juice. Stir, let it brew for an hour, take a tablespoon twice a day. Helps to get rid of many infectious and inflammatory processes.
To prepare a strengthening elixir that will restore strength and strengthen the immune system, you can use pomegranate juice, rosehip and cranberry syrup. Mix all the ingredients together in equal parts, add honey to taste. Drink a third of a glass three times a day.
To normalize immunity, restore microflora and increase the colonization resistance of mucous membranes, use a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon and aloe juice. The juices are mixed in a ratio of 2:1, take a tablespoon twice a day.

Diet for endometrial polyps
Treatment of any disease requires adherence to a diet. You need to eat according to a set regimen, at the same time, at least 3 times a day. Fatty, spicy, fried foods, smoked foods, and marinades should be excluded from the diet. The basis of the diet should be porridge, fresh fruits and vegetables, first courses. They will provide the body with all the necessary resources, vitamins, energy. It is recommended to include watermelons and persimmons in the diet, as they have a high recovery potential and are able to restore the mucous membrane, endometrium, and also eliminate excess moisture and intoxication products from the body.
