In case of periodontitis, various treatment methods used by dentists are often ineffective. At the same time, some physiotherapeutic methods have proven themselves to be quite positive: laser (magnetic laser) or information-wave exposure methods.

Laser (magnetolaser) impact in periodontosis is carried out using devices generating radiation of the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm) in pulse mode. The impact method is contact, stable.

Impact fields using OR emitters with an impact area using the contact method of about 1 cm2: along the upper and lower jaws in the area of projection of the affected areas of the gums and alveolar processes on the skin (up to 20 fields per procedure).

Impact fields using a matrix emitter: 3 - 4 fields along the oral slit.

PPM OR 10 - 20 mW/cm2 . Magnetic attachment induction (in magnetic laser therapy) 20 - 40 mT. Pulse radiation frequency: in the presence of pain 80 Hz until the pain disappears, all subsequent procedures 10 Hz; in the absence of pain - 10 Hz throughout the entire course of procedures.

The exposure time for one field is 5 minutes. The course of treatment is 10 procedures daily, once a day in the morning.

Information-wave impact is carried out using the Azor-IK device. The impact method is contact, stable. Impact is made with three fields (right, left, middle) along the oral fissure. Pulse frequency: in the presence of pain 80 Hz until the pain disappears, all subsequent procedures 10 Hz; in the absence of pain 10 Hz during the entire course of procedures. The impact time per field is 10 minutes. The course of treatment is 10-15 procedures daily once a day in the morning.
