The concept of "asthenic syndrome" essentially corresponds to the diagnosis of "neurosis" with a predominance of either excitation processes or inhibition processes of higher nervous activity, which are caused by the influence of various factors. Consequently, physiotherapy should be aimed at restoring the nervous regulation of various processes in the body.
Without listing all possible physiotherapy methods for this pathology, we consider it necessary to note a simple but highly effective method of information-wave influence. It has already proven itself since 1998 both as a method of correcting the mental status of patients and as a method of psychological rehabilitation of patients with various pathologies.
In this method, the impact is carried out using the Azor-IK device on the skin, simultaneously with two fields on the projection of the frontal lobes of the patient's brain. The impact method is contact, stable.
In case of asthenic syndrome with a predominance of excitation, information-wave impact procedures are carried out in two stages.
The first 5-7 days the procedure is carried out once a day in the morning (1.5-2 hours after breakfast) daily. The EMI modulation frequency is 2 Hz. The exposure time on the field is 20 minutes.
For the next 10-15 days, the exposure is carried out twice a day: in the morning upon awakening (EMF modulation frequency 21 Hz, 10 minutes per field) and before going to bed at night (EMF modulation frequency 2 Hz, 20 minutes per field).
In case of asthenic syndrome with a predominance of inhibition, procedures of information-wave influence are also carried out in two stages.
The first 5-7 days are exposed once a day in the morning (1.5-2 hours after breakfast) daily. The EMI modulation frequency is 21 Hz. The exposure time on the field is 20 minutes.
For the next 10-12 days, the exposure is carried out twice a day: in the morning after waking up (EMF modulation frequency 21 Hz, 15 minutes per field) and before going to bed at night (EMF modulation frequency 2 Hz, 20 minutes per field).
In case of mixed form of asthenic syndrome, the impact is carried out twice a day: in the morning after awakening (EMF modulation frequency 21 Hz, 15 min per field) and before night sleep (EMF modulation frequency 2 Hz, 20 min per field). The course of treatment is 15 procedures daily.
