The concept of "asthenic syndrome" in its essence corresponds to the diagnosis of "neurosis" with the predominance of either excitation processes or inhibition processes of higher nervous activity, which are caused by the impact of various factors. Therefore, physiotherapy should be aimed at restoring the nervous regulation of various processes in the body.
Without enumerating all possible methods of physiotherapy for this pathology, we consider it necessary to note a simple but highly effective method of information-wave action. He has already proved himself since 1998 and as a method of correcting the mental status of patients, and as a method of psychological rehabilitation of patients with various pathologies.
With this method, the effect is performed using the Azor-IC apparatus, simultaneously, simultaneously with two fields on the projection of the frontal lobes of the patient's brain. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
With asthenic syndrome with the predominance of excitation, the procedure of information-wave action is carried out in two stages.
The first 5 - 7 days the procedure is carried out once a day in the morning hours (1.5 - 2 hours after breakfast) daily. The frequency of EMP modulation is 2 Hz. Time of action on the field is 20 min.
The next 10 - 15 days, the effect is carried out 2 times a day; on the morning of awakening (modulation frequency of EMP 21 Hz, 10 minutes per field) and before night sleep (frequency of EMP modulation 2 Hz, 20 minutes per field).
In case of asthenic syndrome with the predominance of inhibition, the procedures of information-wave action are also carried out in two stages.
The first 5 - 7 days are applied once a day in the morning hours (1.5 - 2 hours after breakfast) daily. The frequency of modulation of EMP is 21 Hz. Time of action on the field is 20 min.
The next 10 - 12 days of exposure are carried out 2 times a day: in the morning after waking up (the frequency of modulation of EMP is 21 Hz, 15 minutes per field) and before night sleep (the frequency of EMP modulation is 2 Hz, 20 minutes per field).
In the mixed form of asthenic syndrome, the effect is carried out 2 times a day: in the morning after awakening (frequency of modulation of EMP of 21 Hz, 15 minutes per field) and before night sleep (EMR frequency 2 Hz, 20 minutes per field). The course of treatment is 15 procedures daily.
