Most often, both legs hurt, but sometimes pain occurs in the right leg, which can be caused by various reasons - diseases of the bone or vascular system, the pain symptom may indicate injury, venous congestion or deformation of the spinal column.

Rectal pain can manifest itself in a variety of ways, and in some cases it can be vague and unclear. Discomfort in the rectum is often accompanied by constipation or diarrhea, bloating, a sensation of a foreign body in the anus, bloody, purulent or mucous discharge, and itching in the perineum.

Ovulatory pain occurs monthly alternately on the right or left side of the lower abdomen, depending on whether the right or left ovary contains a maturing egg.

Pain during ovulation occurs in women periodically and has the same intensity and periodicity. These pains can be so weak that a woman may not notice them.
