Rotation of the spine is performed by semi-oval muscles, divided muscles, rotator muscles (rotators), oblique abdominal muscles with unilateral contraction, some action is rendered by rhomboid muscles and the posterior upper jagged muscle.
Semi-vascular muscle - m. Semispinalis
Beginning: transverse processes of I - XII thoracic vertebrae.
Attachment: spinous processes of I - IV thoracic vertebrae and IV - VII cervical vertebrae
Innervation: from the posterior branches of the spinal nerves SZ-T12.
Diagnosis: In the position of the patient on the side or sitting with a forward slope, examine the vertebrae to determine whether there is a depressing or flattening between the vertebrae. To determine the pain, tap or click on the tips of the spinous processes. When these symptoms are detected, deep palpation is produced in the groove between the spinous processes of the vertebrae and the longest muscle. The pressure of the fingers is directed to the vertebral body, where the greatest soreness is localized.
Reflected pain: the trigger zones in the semimart muscle of the chest are the cause of a strong blunt "bone" pain, which brings a lot of suffering to the patient.
