Oregano for hot flashes

The recipe for making it is to pour 2 tablespoons of dry grass into a thermos, then pour boiling water (2 glasses). Infuse the decoction for 4 hours. Drink the resulting tincture 3 times a day before meals until the intensity of the hot flashes decreases or stops altogether.
In addition, dry oregano herb can be used as an additive to medicinal teas or simply to regular green or black tea.
Regular intake of oregano tincture helps to reduce the intensity of hot flashes or even eliminates this symptom. The medicine also improves overall well-being, eliminates insomnia and a feeling of drowsiness, rapid fatigue and just tiredness, and along with this, a feeling of irritability.
St. John's Wort for Hot Tides
St. John's wort contains many substances that help strengthen the walls of blood vessels, promoting the process of hematopoiesis. It has a beneficial effect on the digestive organs, and also increases the secretion of bile. It is recommended to use this medicinal herb during menopause, as it is an effective tonic that can normalize the activity of the autonomic nervous system, as well as weaken the body's reaction to hormonal changes. St. John's wort tincture should be drunk 3 times a day before meals (30 minutes).
