The pain in the left side is most often associated with the pathology of the large intestine, left kidney, pancreas, spleen.
When liver diseases are often accompanied by chronic chronic pancreatitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum can also cause pain in the left side.
In diseases of the subcardial part of the stomach, there may be an irradiation of pain in the left side.
