Physiotherapy with cystitis is carried out, as a rule, in conditions of the urological department with the use of all the necessary means and methods. In case of exacerbation of chronic cystitis after consultation of the patient by a urologist from the methods of physiotherapy at home, it is advisable to use short-pulse electroanalgesia, laser (magnetolaser) therapy and magnetotherapy.
Short-pulse electroanalgesia is recommended for patients with the aid of the DiaDENS-T apparatus. The position of the patient during the procedure - lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on the back.
Affect the bare surface of the skin directly above the lonnoy articulation. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Frequency of electrical pulses: the first 3 procedures are conducted at a frequency of 77 Hz, all subsequent - at a frequency of 10 Hz.
The voltage of the electric current is strictly individual (according to subjective sensations in the form of a weak tingling under the electrode).
The exposure time per field is 10 min. The course of treatment is 5 to 15 procedures daily.
Laser (magnetolaser) therapy is carried out with the help of emitters of the near infrared part of the optical spectrum (wavelength 0.8 - 0.9 μm).
The position of the patient during the procedure - lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on the back with knees bent and legs apart. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: I - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the pubic articulation; II - the crotch area, the middle of the distance between the anus and the root of the penis.
APM NLI 10 - 50 mW / cm2. Induction of the magnetic nozzle 20 - 40 mT. The modulation frequency is 80 Hz.
Time of action on the field up to 5 min. The course of treatment up to 10 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is recommended to carry out magnetic therapy with the help of the "Polyus-2D" apparatus. The position of the patient during the procedure - lying on the bed (couch, sofa) on the back with knees bent and legs apart. Technique of exposure is contact, stable.
Fields of influence: I - along the midline of the abdomen directly above the pubic articulation; II - crotch area.
The exposure time on the field is up to 20 minutes, for a course of treatment up to 10 procedures daily 1 time per day in the morning.
It is possible to consistently perform procedures in one day at home with chronic cystitis (the interval between procedures is 2 to 4 hours):
- laser (magnetolaser) therapy + magnetotherapy;
- laser (magnetolaser) therapy + short-pulse electroanalgesia;
- short pulse electroanalgesia + magnetotherapy.
