Symptoms of the arterial aneurysms of the brain

  • Dogemorrhagic period (asymptomatic or asymptomatic course, less often tumorous-like course with large aneurysm size).
  • Hemorrhagic period (clinic of hemorrhagic stroke mainly as a subarachnoid hemorrhage).

Forms

  • Bifurcation-hemodynamic aneurysms (so-called congenital):
    • Bifurcation-hemodynamic aneurysms in systemic arterial hypertension;
    • Bifurcation-hemodynamic aneurysms in regional hemodynamic disorders (fibro-muscular dysplasia, moya-moya disease, anomalies in the development of the arterial circle of the large brain);
    • Bifurcation-hemodynamic aneurysms in some hereditary diseases (Marfan, Ehlers-Danlo, Grenblad-Strandberg, Friedreich, Bloom, Pompe disease).
  • Degenerative-necrotic aneurysms (radiation, atherosclerotic).
  • Traumatic (with traumatic brain injury).
  • Inflammatory (as a result of vasculitis, embolic bacterial or mycotic).
  • Oncogenic.
  • Dysambriogeneticheskie.
  • Iatrogenic.
