Symptoms of the doubling of the bladder
A septum is registered that divides the organ into two halves, each of which opens one of the ureteral orifices. Sometimes this defect is accompanied by a bifurcation of the urethra and the presence of two necks. In some cases, an incomplete septum is identified that separates the body cavity in the frontal or sagittal direction, a two-chamber. In these observations, it is necessary to differentiate it from a large diverticulum. The main symptom of doubling the bladder is a constant urinary incontinence.

Diagnostics of the doubling of the bladder
With urethrocystoscopy during the urethra or in the neck area, a hole is found out from which urine is excreted. On an ascending urethrocystogram performed in parts (first - when a catheter is inserted into the region of the formed neck, then - into a hole located in the urethra or neck), a typical x-ray picture of the full doubling of the bladder is determined. In this case, two urethra and two necks are detected.
