Fruits are useful and tasty sources of vitamins and minerals. They contain nutrients, excessive eating which harms the body. Overeating with fruit can lead to such reactions:

  • Increase the volume of the stomach, which leads to regular overeating by other products.
  • Allergic reactions due to over-saturation of the body with vitamins and other substances contained in fruits.
  • Increased levels of triglyceride and fat in the blood.
  • Exacerbation of diseases of the cardiovascular system.
  • Increased sugar in the blood.

In order for fruits to bring maximum benefit, they must be eaten in the morning and no more than 300-500 g at a time. The daily volume should not exceed 1 kg. Fruits are not recommended to be combined with alcohol or consumed simultaneously with sweets or other foods that are rich in carbohydrates.

Overeating of apples

Apples are not only delicious, but also very useful fruit, which favorably affect the body. They are 80% water, contain vitamins B, A, E, P. For example, if the fruit is treated with diphenyl, then when washing with hot water, an oily film appears on them. Fans of chewing a crust of orange or mandarin may be poisoned by this substance. To control pests use fungicide, which penetrates into the flesh of the fruit and accumulates in the body. Overeating such citrus is dangerous for the body.

Overeating lemon

One of the most vitamin and useful citruses is a lemon. The fruit contains a large amount of ascorbic acid, which maintains the protective properties of the immune system and speeds up the recovery process for colds. It also contains folic acid, vitamins B, A, E, pectin and other trace elements.

It is attempts to strengthen the immunity of this citrus very often lead to its overeating. Let's consider, what is dangerous excessive use of a lemon, and what side reactions because of it can arise:

Overeating of Mandarins

Another fragrant and vitamin citrus is mandarin. The fruit has a rich composition of biologically active substances, which have a beneficial effect on the work of the body. But the abuse of tangerines, that is, their uncontrolled absorption, is dangerous and can cause allergic reactions. When choosing a fruit, you should consider that the more saturated its color, the more allergenic it is.

Overeating of tangerines is accompanied by such symptoms:

Overeating pomelo

But despite all the useful properties, excessive pomelo eating can cause such symptoms:

  • Increased acidity in the stomach.
  • Exacerbation of peptic ulcer diseases.

Overeating of bananas

Overeating persimmons
