Vegetables are a source of vitamins, mineral elements, organic substances and polysaccharides. Their regular intake saturates the body with calcium, potassium, magnesium and other useful components. Vegetables contain essential oils and fiber, which favorably affect the digestion and intestinal motility. Many dishes and even desserts are prepared from them. They are an indispensable addition to meat or fish.

But uncontrolled eating of vegetables has a number of negative consequences. First of all, it is an individual intolerance of different products. For example, some have allergic reactions to beets, others do not tolerate cucumbers, while others have a fever after zucchini.

Among vegetables there are many such that have a pronounced laxative effect. So, overeating of beets and cucumbers very often ends with a terrible diarrhea. Another danger is raw vegetables. Their rough fiber exacerbates chronic gastrointestinal diseases and causes digestive disturbances. Therefore, when using vegetables, like other products, you need to observe the measure.

Overeating of garlic

A spicy plant with antibacterial properties, used as a spice in the preparation of many dishes is garlic. It consists of vitamins A, C, D, P, as well as sulfur compounds, essential oils, phytoncides, proteins, fats, fiber and other macro and microelements.

Overeating cabbage

A popular vegetable used in the preparation of salads, first and second courses is cabbage. Freshly it contains many useful micro and macro elements that improve the functioning of the body and the digestive system. But excessive consumption of vegetables causes a number of unpleasant symptoms:

Overeating carrots

The increased content of beta-carotene gives the vegetable a bright orange color, has a beneficial effect on the organs of vision and the immune system. Also, the composition includes ascorbic acid, tocopherol, vitamins of group B, K, PP.

Despite the high concentration of dietary fiber, the product has a low calorie content. But excessive eating of carrots is dangerous to health. Overeating with this vegetable threatens with such complications:

Overeating with white beans

Beans are a source of vegetable protein, vitamins and minerals. The product includes essential amino acids, fiber and dietary fiber, which are very useful for the body. There are several types of beans, but white has gained particular popularity. It has a pleasant taste, quickly prepares and normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, improving intestinal peristalsis.

Excessive consumption of white beans can cause protein poisoning. The product causes increased gas production, so overeating is often accompanied by swelling, abdominal pain and even nausea. In addition, it is digested for a long time, triggering the processes of fermentation and putrefaction in the intestine.

Beans are contraindicated to eat in raw form. Her seeds contain a large number of poisonous substances, the use of which disables the digestive system and causes symptoms of poisoning. Also, the plant contains a purine, so white beans are not recommended for people of advanced age, with gout, stomach ulcer, gastritis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis.

Overeating onions

Onions are a useful product with a unique composition. It contains 12 amino acids, vitamins B, C, E, as well as micro and macro elements. Onions are used in cooking and recipes of alternative medicine. It strengthens the immune system and positively affects the body.

Abuse of the plant can damage the human body. Overeating onions is accompanied by such symptoms:

  • Pain in the stomach due to irritation of the mucous membranes with onion juice.
