Indications for the procedure
With the help of hydrogen peroxide, such diseases of ENT organs as rhinitis with otitis of different severity are successfully treated, and in addition, pharyngitis and purulent inflammatory processes in the facial sinuses.
Rinse throat with peroxide in angina
With angina, treatment with antibacterial drugs is required, while rinsing with peroxide is used as an adjunct to eliminate unpleasant symptoms.
Peroxide helps to clear the plaque of the tonsils. Rinsing with this solution is mainly performed until the foci with the plaque disappear.
Rinse throat with hydrogen peroxide with pharyngitis
In some cases with pharyngitis, rinsing with peroxide is able to replace the intake of antibiotics. For treatment requires 3% peroxide, which should be applied for a minimum of 10 days. On the 1st day, the dosage is 3-5 drops per 50 ml of distilled or boiled water. This solution needs to gargle before eating (for 1 hour) or after eating / receiving other drugs (after 1-1.5 hours). Gargle should be at least half a minute. The procedure must be performed three times a day.
On the 2nd day the dosage is increased by 1 drop, and on the 3rd - by 1 more drop. It is necessary to increase the dose until the moment when the number of drops reaches 10-this amount is not recommended to be exceeded.
Technique of the gargle with hydrogen peroxide
Rinsing is performed in the following way: the liquid needs to be typed into the mouth and toss up the head, while producing "bubbling" sounds. Deep penetration of the solution will allow a good washing of the linguistic root, tonsils, and pharynx, thus destroying pathogenic microbes. The duration of the procedure is at least 2-3 minutes.
Furacilin and hydrogen peroxide for gargling
To prepare a solution of Thuracilin for gargling, 1000 ml of liquid requires either 5 tablets with a volume of 0.02 g or 10 tablets with a volume of 0.01 g. The procedure needs distilled water, or simple, but thoroughly thoroughly boiled and filtered. Its temperature should be within 40-50 degrees.
Tablets should be grinded better to a powder state - so they dissolve faster. Mix the powder for about 5-10 minutes, so that the crystals are completely dissolved (this is necessary to obtain the required concentration). Then the solution should be filtered through cheesecloth to prevent the residues of crystals from getting onto the mucous membranes during rinsing. In addition to this solution, it is allowed to add hydrogen peroxide (3%) in the volume of the 1st table spoon.
Rinse throat with peroxide on Neumyvakin
To treat angina, Dr. Neumyvakin recommends diluting 1-te teaspoon peroxide in ¼ cup of water. This means you need to rinse the mouth and throat, detaining fluid in the area of the tonsils.
Rinse throat with peroxide to children and pregnant women
Gargling with peroxide is considered an absolutely safe method, which is allowed to children and pregnant women.
Consequences after the procedure
Because hydrogen peroxide has powerful oxidizing properties, it is necessary to gently rinse the throat to prevent accidental ingestion. Internal reception of peroxide may be fraught with certain complications. Although it is now believed that oral administration of this solution is an effective remedy, its properties are not proven, so it is not recommended to use this method.
