If a modern person leads an inactive way of life, this inevitably affects his state of health. In the morning, some of us find it extremely difficult to get out of bed, and we need to spend some time to make at least a few movements, as they say, to disperse to at least somehow reduce discomfort. At the same time, sometimes at night you can not feel pain and sleep well. However, if you spend the night in an uncomfortable bed in the same position, then in the morning you will necessarily wake up from the unpleasant sensation of back pain after sleeping pulling character localizing at the bottom of the waist.
The cause of this condition is osteochondrosis, which appears either because of a violation of the mechanics of the movement of the spinal column, or because of spasm of muscles and ligaments, or even because of minor changes in small joints inside the column of the spine. Thus, the pain in the back after a dream occurs, primarily as a result of muscle spasm, because the most frequent complaints are the girdling pain of the pulling property, which can be compared with the tightly stretched on the body hoop. This pain also passes to the wall of the peritoneum and provokes the appearance of pain in the lower abdomen.
Diseases in which there is pain in the back after a dream
Osteochondrosis in the lumbar spine is very often manifested with almost imperceptible symptoms:

- slight inconvenience during the torso tilt forward,
- back pain after sleep.
And these painful sensations have an unpleasant property to accrue. Moreover, they become chronic or can worsen during coughing and sneezing, and sometimes even when you even perform such simple actions as clapping hands or tying shoelaces on shoes.
Quite often throughout the day, we note how quickly the muscles of the back can become tired, especially if you are forced to stay in a vertical position for a long time. Some are inclined to think that the cause lurks directly in the back, believing that it is difficult for the spine to sit for a long time in an upright position, since it is simply not suitable for this.
Most people, suffering from pain in the neck and occiput, and between the shoulder blades or a certain severity in the forearms, numbness of the hands at night, do not even realize that these are manifestations of osteochondrosis in the cervical spine. The fact that the vertebral arteries are involved in the process and the blood supply to the brain is disturbed is also indicated by the flashing of the so-called flies before the eyes when the person turns his head. Sometimes even elementary movements can help relieve unpleasant sensations, and in some cases - and completely get rid of the pain syndrome.
However, if you can not control the pain yourself, you should seek help from a doctor who will prescribe the course of treatment that is right for you. You can be given courses of manual therapy, reflexology, physiotherapy, which are aimed at relaxing the muscles. In the course of complex treatment of osteochondrosis include exercises of therapeutic physical training. Usually, prescribe the necessary physical exercises, which should be performed in warm water, and sessions of massage of the dorsal muscles. When the pain is gone, you can start doing exercises that strengthen the ligaments and muscles attached to the spine. Strong muscle corset will guarantee not only the correct and, accordingly, beautiful posture, but will also reliably support the spine.

Therefore it is extremely important not only to remove the pain syndrome, but also in every way to help restore the resources of the back muscles, to remove the edema, to restore the blood supply to the spinal cord.
If you severely injured the spine, as well as with prolonged spasm of muscles, subluxations may appear. And this, in turn, causes the asymmetric reduction of the near-vertebral muscles, the formation of local curvature of the spine and the appearance of sharp pain in a specific back area. Back pain after sleep often occurs in the morning and concentrates in the lumbar or cervical spine.
However, the more common cause of back pain after sleep is muscle stiffness, which leads to stress, incorrect posture and excess weight. Symptoms are as follows: severe pain in the back after sleep, the intensity of which gradually decreases by the middle of the day due to increased human mobility.
