Treatment of the pain in the buttocks
In each individual case, treatment is appointed by the doctor - it is strictly individual and depends on many factors. But, if you felt the pain in the buttocks quite recently and are not ready to go straight to the clinic - try to do a set of gymnastic exercises at home. Sitting on the couch exactly, straighten both legs. A painful leg bend in the knee and clasping it with the opposite hand for the middle of the calf is slowly pressed to the pelvis so that the heel touches the buttock or is as close to it as possible. Focus on the healthy leg, which you should strain and keep straight. Thus, you relax the gluteus muscle, lengthen it, removing the spasm, caused in some cases by the infringement of the nerve. Repeat the exercise while standing. Only in this case, the leg is pulled with the appropriate hand so that the knee touches the stomach. With the opposite hand, stick to the table or the back of the chair. Repeat these exercises for three days. In the event that the pain does not pass, intensifies or interferes with sleeping at night - immediately consult a doctor.
