The main treatment is carried out in several stages. Also, the doctor prescribes drugs to make up for the lack of a C1 inhibitor in the body.
Admission of adrenaline is introduced in the hospital with Quinck's swelling, then, depending on the lesions, diuretics, detoxification, antiallergic drugs are prescribed.
It is not advisable to treat Quincke's edema, as this can provoke undesirable consequences. What to do with swelling before the arrival of an ambulance, you need to know each person. First of all, the victim needs fresh cool air, and you can also apply a cold compress to the swelling. If the condition worsens, you can give fenistil, which will reduce the allergic reaction.
